Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.

Rooms with rates for 2 people include free Internet access, upon availability.

Achei o quarto extremamente limpo, espaçoso, banheiro bem amplo, roupas de camas limpas. Fomos surpreendidos mesmo. Ótimo custo-benefício.

Cons:

Só achei a atendente do café da manhã bem preguiçosa, não se importou muito em atender bem. Não fez uma boa recepção. Precisa melhorar a simpatia. Fora isso, foi tudo excelente.

Bom café da manhã, limpeza, atenção e gentileza dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Falta de secador no banheiro. Disponibilizaram um quando solicitei para a recepção e fui atendida com a recomendação de que seria para "uso imediato". Ao devolver para a camareira, esta me disse que eu poderia ficar com o secador durante a hospedagem, mas acabei não aceitando, por temer ptejudica-la. Lâmpadas queimadas no quarto. Edredons de solteiro e cama queen.
