前台服務人員非常友善，還幫忙預約隔天需要到機場的計程車，一切都安排妥當，感謝他們的協助。6:30的早餐讓我們可以在搭飛機前填飽肚子，食物多元，甚至有當地特色八重山麵、島豆腐、海藻酢等，是一間值得推薦的飯店。
服務人員超親切盡責，飯店位置絕佳，除了附近非常多店家餐廳，也是參加活動好接送的地方，房間超乾淨採光好，洗衣機不用搶很夠用、飲水機、飲品、冰塊都有準備給房客。 最後一天因為安排海豚游泳，還可以付600日幣在一樓梳洗，實在太方便，最後還協助我們叫大台的計程車到碼頭，親切地與我們說再見，我去日本無數次(沖繩、東京、大阪、北海道、福岡、名古屋等等)~ 這是我第一次要離開有點想哭捨不得! 謝謝你們!!
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel's location is perfect—not only are there plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but it's also an excellent place for transportation to and from activities.
Our room was spotless, bright, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for guests, including plenty of washing machines (so there was never a wait), a water dispenser, complimentary drinks, and even ice.
On our last day, we had planned a dolphin swimming experience. The hotel offered us the option to use the shower facilities on the first floor for just ¥600 after the activity, which was incredibly convenient. They also kindly helped us arrange a larger taxi to the port.
When we left, the staff warmly said goodbye, and it genuinely touched us. I've traveled to Japan many times—Okinawa, Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Nagoya, and more—but this is the very first time I've felt emotional about leaving a hotel. I almost cried because I didn't want to leave.

NONE~Everything was perfect.
The hotel is very close to the bus station and the ferry station. Also, there are dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room was quiet, with a simple but very clean bathroom. The staff at the front desk was always very nice.
Unless you want luxury, this is a perfect hotel to spend a few days on the island.

My first impression was the wonderful smell in the hotel, I loved it! Overall, the hotel has a beautiful Japanese-style decor and a cozy, home like vibe. I slept well during my stay. The staff members were also amazing; they were so thoughtful and always willing to help. The breakfast was also delicious, loved the fruit, salmon, and teriyaki chicken.
I left some cigarettes in room 303 because I realized I couldn't bring them back to Taiwan at that time. If the staff sees this comment, please feel free to take them. I enjoyed my stay guys, and I'm so sorry I didn't catch your names.
This hotel is perfectly located closed to the ferry and surrounded by nice places.
The breakfast is very good and the staff very attentive. You have free corn soup all day long and free sake from 3 to 5 PM. And of course the normal drinks and ice. There are 3 coin washing machines and dryers.
I did not like the fact that the check in times are very strict. They would not make any exemptions.
There was a guest who had to change rooms and they let him nearly till 3 PM waiting in the lounge with a small child that was falling asleep.
