Pros:

It is the second time me and my wife have visited this place and we love its location.
Going the second time and seeing the infinity pool addition was amazing 😍 It is a wonderful addition to the hotel!
Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinners are very good!
Our room was comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony and the side windows.
We had very well spent time!

Cons:

Just sharing an observation - Compared to our previous stay, something was missing in terms of the communication with the staff - not sure if this is related to the fact that it's the beginning of the Summer season, but people in the staff looked tense.

On our first stay, the staff and communication was top notch and then they added extra +++ to our stay and made us want to come back, but this time it was missing.

If management is reading this - please do not stress the staff and give them freedom to improvise and express themselves - this is what sold us 2 years ago. At the end of the day, there are plenty of beautifully designed buildings, but it's the people that make the place and give a soul to it.

Besser geht nicht!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist 1+ mit Sternchen. Es liegt wunderbar mit Aussicht auf Berge und Natur. Die Einrichtung des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer und Betten sind gemütlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr ansprechend mit mehreren Saunen und Pools. Ausgezeichnet ist das Essen und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen, welche sich durch das ganze Hotel bzw. das gesamte Personal zieht. Selten haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, wie im Gradonna Mountain Resort. Wir waren durchwegs begeistert und werden unsere Ferien ganz bestimmt wieder dort verbringen.

Cons:

Absolut gar nichts.

Pros:

Die Lage war traumhaft. Die Zimmer wunderschön. Nur war leider keine Minibar. Wellnessbereich war auch super, bis auf das, das es dort keine Bedienung gibt. Die Musik am abend war ein wahnsinn, leider aber hat man bei den Kellnern an der Bar gemerkt das sie einfach müde von der Saison sind, und deshalb da leider ein Minuspunkt. Bei diesem Preis sollte eigentlich dann schon alles passen.
Der Kellner bei Abendessen wiederum war wirklich total frrundlich und super.

Lepší by měla být obsluha baru. Objednali jsme si drink. Když jsme si chtěli dát lepší, tak nebylo u koho. Obsluha chyběla. což je velká škoda

Absolut toll, wir kommen Ostern wieder. Hoffen, dass wir noch etwas „ Familienzeit“ mit dem Hund bekommen beim nächsten

Alles, eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, tolles Personal und wir kommen immer wieder.

Cons:

Einziges Thema, dass wir keinen Bereich hatten, wo der Hund beim Restaurant dabei sein konnte. Hundefreundlichkeit heißt, dass der Hund auch ein Teil des Essens am Abend sein kann, gerade weil man beim Skifahren wenig Zeit mit den Hunden verbringen kann. Das sollte noch geändert werden. Räumlichkeiten gibt es am Anfang das Restaurantbereichs genug.
