Tolle Lage , super Frühstück und das Abendessen war auch richtig lecker

Cons:

Klaviermusik zum Frühstück und abends auf der Terrasse war nicht so unseres 🙈 😂dezente italienische Musik würde sicher besser zu dieser tollen Location passen 🤔

Il servizio offerto, a causa di un infortunio e con conseguente ricovero in ospedale non abbiamo potuto usufruire di nessun servizio dell’hotel, tantomeno del soggiorno. È stata richiesta una possibilità di poter ri effettuare il soggiorno in un’altra data, (anche in bassa stagione), ma seppur inviatogli i referti medici dell’accaduto, hanno solo esibito un banale 15% di sconto su un futuro pernottamento, quando il costo della stanza di 250€ era già stato saldato. Capisco che il rimborso totale sia impossibile, e non lo richiedevo nemmeno per il totale, ma per dare un buon servizio come buon hotel che si ritene, credo che un buono o uno sconto più importante sarebbe stato molto gradito. Se i servizi offerti sono allo stesso livello dell’umanità del responsabile che ha declinato la mia richiesta, credo che sia opportuno rivalutare la possibilità di soggiornare in un hotel del genere.

De bedbank voor de derde volwassene in de kamer was zeer oncomfortabel: te dun matras. Verder ontbrak airconditioning en ramen konden niet open omdat dan de sigarettenrook van de onderbuurman in onze kamer kwam, en niet een beetje! Dus te warm en geen frisse lucht, das geeft wel echt minder slaapcomfort

Posizione perfetta a metà tra lago e centro, staff super disponibile, piscina riscaldata bellissima, vista sul lago senza fiato!
Colazione e Cena della mezza pensione buonissima con ampia scelta di piatti.

Cons:

Niente di importante, posso dire che l’unica cosa che rispecchia il 3 stelle sono forse le camere. Ma tutto il resto, servizio, location e cucina, sono di gran lunga superiori.
