Pros:

It was our first time using this hotel..How convenient was the location..somewhere about 10 min walking distance to Haram- 15 min to ladies side. These guys were so accommodating when they were short of paking spaces and how they tried their best to provide us with the convenience of free parking space. Thank you Kingsgate.

Cons:

Just a small suggestion If possible please increase the free parking slots as it would be easier for people who are driving down to the hotel to park their car in a secure parking.

Some housekeeping staff strive to make one happy. Special mention to cleaning boy SAIF

Staff are freindly in general

Cons:

Hotel did not meet the advertised expecations. Breakfast for international buffet is very very poor and repetative. Room aircondition was problematic during our stay. Hotel requires major renovations.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Although, upon arrival at reception the receptionist was not very welcoming at the beginning, however after some wait the process for check in went smoothly.

Later we were treated in a well professional way by Mr Rubel And Mr Mahmood in terms of cleaning etc.

الشيء الوحيد الجيد فيه هو الموقع المميز بالقرب من الحرم وأيضا تعاون واحترافية موظفي الاستقبال.

Cons:

عدا عن ذلك، لا يستحق الفندق ولا نجمة واحدة
الخدمات سيئة والنظافة شبه معدومة
المساحة ضيقة لدرجة خانقة وموظفين حمل الامتعة قمة بالاستهتار وعدم المبالاة بالضيوف
