If you want a great value base that won’t break the bank, look no further.
Pros:

The reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Room facilities were good. Great location, just a 5 minute walk from Interlaken West station. Good value for money when compared to other hotels in the area. Had a garden terrace on the top floor which was nice to sit on but don’t expect a view.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Then again, for the price paid it was more than sufficient.

Very good experiences.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was great. The location was good to the Interlaken West train station. Everything works out well.

Cons:

The room layout in the building was a bit strange and it took us a while to find it.

The location was very convenient, close to the railway station and the bus stop. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, except for the woman in the dining area who kept staring at us with her eyes wide open. I found her a little rude.

Cons:

However, there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel, possibly because the entire place is carpeted. Another disappointing issue was that five days after we checked out, they attempted to charge my card an additional amount through Booking.com, even though I had already paid the full amount in advance. This also left a negative impression on me.

Good for the price.
Pros:

The room was spacious for 3 adult travelers and the beds were comfortable. Also, the location is great since it is near the Interlaken West station.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit strange due to the elevated tub and it was shaped like a coffin making it narrow and hard to shower.
