They ask for 200 deposit when we arrive at hotel check in
If they need deposit than they should make it when we book a hotel not when we arrive at hotel
What if people don’t have money for deposit it is very pressing situation as well as embarrassing as well

Comfortable, clean, and a great location.
Pros:

The staff at Hotel Crystal were very helpful and so kind to us and our dog. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable for us to relax after a long day of driving. Highly recommend if you need a clean, pleasant place to lay your head. Also, a huge bonus, they have a small parking lot just for guests so you don’t have to park at a car park and walk your luggage over. I imagine in the high tourist season, you need to time your arrival to ensure you get one.

I think it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I really want to give special praise to its cleanliness.
The breakfast was good too. The location was excellent, very close to the Interlaken West train station. It’s truly a great hotel to use as a base in Interlaken.

Cons:

The only issue was the bed. It was a single bed, but quite smaller than usual ones, squeaked with every movement, and was uncomfortable.

Très bon emplacement et personnel adorable, mais l’hôtel manque un peu de chaleur et de simplicité.
Pros:

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel tout particulièrement la dame qui nous a accueilli tres tard le soir et qui maîtrisait parfaitement le Francais, le fait qu'il y a un parking, la taille de la chambre

Cons:

Le système de gestion des portes est compliqué.
Petit déjeuné très moyen.
Dommage la chambre manque de décoration, l’ambiance est très froide.
