Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis, aber Zimmer zur Strasse sind laut
Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind leider ziemlich Lärm anfällig. Doofe Autofahrer, welche ihre PS zeigen müssen, sowie Töfffahrer und laute Personen auf der Strasse. Ohne Klimaanlage kann man nicht mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen.

Highly recommend for the price
Pros:

The receptionist was the most wonderful woman, she explained everything there was to be explained and always greeted w a warm smile. The rooms were as advertised. A v short walk to interlaken west. Overall very good, breakfast was decent too

Pros:

Supergute Lage sehr nahe beim Bahnhof Interlaken West.
Grosses, sauberes Zimmer.

Wir hatten für den falschen Tag gebucht und die junge Dame der Reception hat sehr unkompliziert reagiert und das Zimmer ohne Zusatzkosten umgebucht - wir waren sehr dankbar!

Falls wir wieder nach Interlaken reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel buchen!

Pros:

The property was in a very good location walking distance to the train station and central restaurant and shopping area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

No fridge in the apartment which was a hassle as we stayed for 3 nights and it would have been good to store some drinks and other food items.
