Gemütlicher Thermenhof zum günstigen Preis
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Frühstücks Buffett wird laufend aufgefüllt.
Nur ca. 1 km zur Therme Loipersdorf. Badetasche wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Teilweise Zimmer im Keller mit schattiger Terrasse.

The Amazing Cleaning and Dining Staff:The only saving grace of this hotel was the rest of the staff. The cleaning lady was absolutely amazing (Wow!). She spoke English, understood every single request immediately, and made sure everything was perfectly sorted and clean. Additionally, the ladies at the dining room were incredibly sweet, polite, and provided excellent service. Shame on management for leaving such a great team under the responsibility of a dysfunctional receptionist.

Title: Unacceptable and disgraceful experience – Drunk staff, lost keys, and no managementWe arrived at Thermenhof PuchasPLUS Loipersdorf at 16:40 after a long 4-hour drive, completely exhausted, only to face a total nightmare. The woman at the reception was visibly drunk. She smelled strongly of alcohol, was barely coherent, spoke only German, and completely lost our reservation.After she finally located the booking, a new saga began: she spent 40 minutes looking for our room key. She claimed that the previous guests "probably took the key with them" and eventually handed us a spare key. We arrived at 16:40 and were only able to enter our room at 17:25!When we realized how unsafe and absurd the situation was, we spoke to another branch representative on the phone who promised we could cancel with a full refund. Minutes later, they took it back and refused to return our money. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he was on vacation in Thailand, and this drunk receptionist was the actual person left in charge.To make matters worse, while we were trying to communicate and solve the issue, she literally laughed in our faces. We were forced to stay only because they refused to refund our money. This is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs!

Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Puchas kann ich weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut, entspricht den Sternen. Alles ist frisch und wird sofort nachgefüllt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich, man kann auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die Damen fragen immer nach dem Wunsch.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keine Seife, nur in der Duschkabine ein Shampoo. Das war früher anders. Für Badetücher sind keine Hacken vorhanden. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir haben ein classic Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein finteres, stickies. Mansardenzimmer mit einem winzigen Fenster erhalten. Ausserdem war der Rollladen defekt, somit kam noch weniger Luft und Licht ins düstere Zimmer. Nach meiner Reklamation die lapidare Antwort das ist bekannt wir arbeiten daran. Unser Aufenthalt war total enttäuschend und wir können das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen, also ideal für Erholungssuchende. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Es war im ganzen Zimmer kein einziger Mistkübel vorhanden und das Dachflächenfenster war leider nicht zu verdunkeln. Der Wasserhahn im WC müsste festgeschraubt werden, er war nur mit 2 Händen zu öffnen, da er sich ständig mitdrehte.

Idyllisch, familiär und sauber - alles super!
Pros:

Lage: man braucht fast ein Auto, um vom Hotel aus herumzukommen. Das ist in dieser Gegend aber generell zu empfehlen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.
Frühstück: Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles da, was man braucht.
Zimmer: Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig.
Personal: super nette und hilfsbereite Chefin

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln :-)
