Cons:

En la reserva de 4 no se especificaba que fuese un sofá cama.
Pedimos un cambio después de la primera noche tras sentir las barras pero lo maximo que pudieron hacer fue poner otra colchoneta encima

Très bel hôtel avec un très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein centre
La piscine et les transats
Le fait de pouvoir faire des excursions directement depuis le ponton de l’hôtel

Cons:

La coupure d’électricité (mais ça ils n’y peuvent rien c’était toute l’île)

24 horas sin suministros básicos

Los únicos amables el personal del restaurante y de seguridad.

Cons:

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia en tropical suites.
Desde el check in no tuvimos ni luz ni agua durante 24 horas en la habitación y no nos daban alternativas.
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que era un problema del aire acondicionado y finalmente descubrimos que era un problema generalizado de electricidad de todo el hotel.
La chica de recepción muy poco eficiente no nos quería comunicar con el gerente responsable por más de 6 horas y tuvimos que juntarnos varios huéspedes reclamando hasta que nos atendió un responsable.
No recomendaría para nada el hotel.

La ubicación. Cama cómoda y muy limpio

Cons:

En el suelo de la habitación habia un cristal redondo de un metro para ver el mar?? Con una luz que no se apaga a la noche. Como en una disco. Nuestro balcon estaba codo con codo con los comensales del restaurante y nuestra habitación totalmente expuesta

Pros:

Eu não gosto que tudo tenha sido ouvido no quarto, já que os outros convidados chegaram tarde do amanhecer em horários diferentes e muito barulhentos. O que era tudo que as únicas coisas ruins sobre o hotel podiam ser ouvidas.

Hermoso solo no incluir desayunos.
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia y ordenada. La cama muy cómoda. La comida deliciosa.

Cons:

El personal del desayuno si hubiera sabido que era así la atención de la mañana en el restaurante no hubiera incluido los desayunos para mejor desayunar fuera.
