Никогда не думала, что так скажу, но мы планируем вернуться)
Pros:

Понравилась каждая минута жизни в отеле. Во-первых, сделали апгрейд из корпуса B на двухэтажную виллу, рядом с которой бар, кафе и бассейны. Во-вторых, такого отзывчивого и мотивированного персонала в Турции мы не встречали, а это наш пятый отель за 5 лет. Еда, бассейны, аквапарки, пирсы, спа, аля карты - все великолепно. Детский клуб и его сотрудники - выше всяких похвал: клуб работает с 10 утра до полуночи, девятилетку невозможно было вытащить, целый день мероприятия, всех знают по именам, шутят, великолепно говорят по-русски. Питание очень разнообразное и постоянное, кормят везде и всегда, очень свежие овощи, рыба, супы, морепродукты, великолепно жарят масо, куча гарниров, питание для детей даже в баночках. Лежаки свободные есть всегда, прогулка по территории - отдельное удовольствие. Каждый вечер представление в амфитеатре и вечеринки с танцами. В целом, сервис и персонал замечательные, система ассистентов и заказа всего по QR - это очень удобно, за неделю обленились)

Cons:

Может, к концу отдыха уборка номеров стала хромать, но совсем не критично. В середине мая бассейны прохладные, подогревается по ощущениям только бассейн 16+ и небольшие бассейны у корпуса А.

Вернулась бы в сезон, при стоимости цена/качество
Pros:

Мы были в феврале, работало не всё, но уровень отеля просто отличный!!! Питание, мини клуб, шоколад, бассеин

Cons:

Были с ребенком, отдельный диван ей, в номере делюкс с джакузи очень твердый. Дочке было не удобно спать, очень. Так же, чтобы ей побыть отдельно от нас она сидела в гардеробной...с телефоном, матрас мы принесли из лежака с балкона. Мне очень не хватило двухкомнатных номеров для такой цены, и такого уровня отеля

Another lovely stay.
Pros:

This was our 4th visit and probably the best. Rooms were lovely on a high floor and together as requested with a lovely view. All requests were met and staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks choices are really good. The resort was getting busier and ready for the warmer weather as we left, all areas were being painted and refreshed and new crockery and glassware appeared in the dining room. Lovely touches ,balloons, chocolates and champagne for my husband’s birthday and flowers for the ladies on International Women Day. Hope to be back again soon.. Thank you. 🤩

Der beste Urlaub in der Türkei
Pros:

Es gab sehr viel zu unternehmen auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Spa Bereich ist super, der beheizte Außenpool war auch Ende Dezember ein Paar mal angenehm.
Das Auswahl an Essen ist unnormal gut.
Zu Silvester gab es ein Mega Programm.
