Мне всё понравилось, за исключением двух моментов:

Cons:

1. Не смогли попасть на мероприятия, на которые надо записываться. Заранее написали в приложении, но менеджер потом написал, что надо было самим идти на desk и хаписываться.
2. Все рестораны Аля карт за допплату (и это узнаешь только в отеле), обычно, в отелях когда ты берёшь опцию "всё включено", одно посещение ресторанов Аля-карт входит в стоимость.

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория! Дети были в полном восторге от аквапарка, от развлечений! Отдельного внимания заслуживает невероятный выбор десертов, отличный песчаный заход в море и быстрое обслуживание (qr коды + личный ассистент - это лучшее!). Персонал всегда приветливый, улыбчивый и готов помочь. Отдых оставил исключительно положительные впечатления!

jederzeit gern wieder. Mit Abstand in Belek eines der besten Preis-Leistungs Hotels.
Pros:

traumhafter Ausblick und schöne Ausstattung in den Zimmern, wir hätten uns 2 Was gewünscht anstatt zwei Duschen und die Einzelbetten könnten bequemer sein.Auswahl und Qualität vom Essen sehr gut. Ausschließlich Original Produkte von Nutella bis Ramazotti, Strand sehr breit, schön gemütlich mit Kinderspielplatz. Keine Bändchen, keine Towel Cards, Spielecenter alles kostenlos, tolle Patisserie, tolles Eis

Cons:

Es könnten mehr Pools beheizt sein. Die Ausstattung des neuen Mini Clubs ist recht schmal. die Mini Disko ist sehr schlecht mit unbekannten Liedern dazu weit weg. Insgesamt war es sehr sehr lange abends sehr laut in unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung vor allem der Fussboden hätte besser sein können.

Pros:

An amazing hotel with everything you need on hand. Brilliant choice of food, swimming areas, beach , kids club. Staff were fantastic, in particular, Necati and his colleagues in the morning. Made us feel very welcome, especially the children.

Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel, lots of facilities for the kids , good service . You are very well looked after . Great beach , warm pools .

Nice but we won’t be coming back
Pros:

Food in the main restaurant was great!
Rooms and green territory but not sure we got good value for money. Fruit bar at the beach was also nice.

Cons:

There was very little things to do during rainy days and besides pools do not have heating.
The kids room was full of broken toys and three of our kids didn’t appreciate the kids schedule.
Fish restaurant was a joke, don’t waist your time and go to the main restaurant instead.

Rabiësgevaar door loslopende zwerfkatten in het hotel!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima. Het aquapark is leuk opgezet en vooral de medewerkers van het aquapark waren erg aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Agressieve katten die gasten aanvallen. Onze dochter is tijdens de lunch aan tafel aangevallen door een kat. De kat sprong vanuit het niets naar haar arm en krabde haar daarbij diep. Omdat de katten niet gevaccineerd zijn en er een risico op rabiës bestaat, moesten we met spoed naar het ziekenhuis. Daar moest zij worden gevaccineerd tegen tetanus en rabiës. Voor rabiës kregen we een vaccinatieprogramma van vier prikken.
Door dit incident waren we vanaf de lunchtijd tot ongeveer 22.30 uur in het ziekenhuis. De volgende dag mocht onze dochter bovendien niet zwemmen vanwege het risico op een bacteriële infectie in de wond.
Wat ons vooral teleurstelde, was de reactie van het hotel. Het hotel nam geen verantwoordelijkheid en heeft zelfs geen excuses aangeboden. Wij zijn eerder bij Voyage Torba geweest en hadden daarom een heel andere service en kwaliteit verwacht. Ook het avondeten viel erg tegen. Er was de hele week nauwelijks variatie en vrijwel iedere avond werden dezelfde gerechten geserveerd. Helaas vonden we het eten bovendien niet echt lekker.
Helaas vonden wij de service deze keer erg teleurstellend en totaal niet passend bij het niveau dat wij van het hotel gewend zijn. Voor ons voelde het eerder als een goedkoop all-inclusive hotel. Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Didn’t not like this resort at all I prefer other ones which are lot cheaper and less hastle to get to
Pros:

If you like unlimited food and drinks it’s awesome

Cons:

Some female staff at hotel where restaurant and main buffet is were extremely rude and kept giving bad looks to my fiance. When I approached staff to tell them about some of there staff looking at each other and giggling and looking making facing they said there were new and didn’t take it serious.

Cons:

Персонал не ресепшане был недовольный в первый день. В 14 часов выдали только 2 номера, 3ий через 15 минут, хотя мы с утра ждали. Ассистенты не особо помогают и чат был неэффективный в приложении voyage

Beautiful hotel, with wonderful food, pools & beaches!
Pros:

Just about everything! Full service to include all inclusive bar & snack services either from your place at the beach or hotel room! Extremely friendly personnel & very good food offered in the all their dining facilities!

Cons:

2 things were somewhat frustrating: 1. The back door to our terrace by the pool always got stuck once locked! It took playing around with the lock switches several minutes to open. 2. The sink stand in the upper floor bathroom is on 4 legs that are dangerously positioned, I seriously damaged my small toe while using that facility in the middle of the night!
