Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ein Traum. Die Lage ist super und direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Einfach toll!!

Albergo con struttura moderna, ben tenuto. Stanza sufficientemente ampia con bel balconcino con vista sul mare. Colazione a-la-carte davvero vasta e di ottima qualità. Personale attento e disponibile. L'albergo si trova, a due passi dalla spiaggia, con comoda convenzione con il bagno lì davanti.

Bellagio séduit immédiatement par la beauté de son cadre, mais notre séjour nous a surtout permis de découvrir une adresse qui contribue pleinement au charme de la ville : l’Hotel Du Lac et son restaurant gastronomique Gioya.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, face au lac, au cœur de Bellagio. Au-delà de cette situation privilégiée, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme des équipes et l’atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse qui règne dans l’établissement. Tout est pensé pour que les hôtes se sentent attendus et parfaitement accompagnés durant leur séjour.

Le dîner au Gioya a confirmé cette première impression. Nous avons eu le privilège d’être présentés au chef et à sa brigade grâce à un ami membre de l’équipe de salle. Cette rencontre nous a permis de mesurer la passion, la rigueur et l’humilité qui animent une brigade dont le travail s’exprime avec justesse dans chaque assiette.

Habitués des grandes tables françaises, notamment celles de Paul Bocuse, d’Anne-Sophie Pic ou de Régis Marcon, nous abordons ce type d’expérience avec une certaine exigence. Le Gioya nous a convaincus par la précision de sa cuisine, la qualité irréprochable des produits et la maîtrise des cuissons. Les tagliolini au caviar resteront l’un des grands souvenirs de ce voyage : un plat d’une simplicité apparente dont l’exécution révèle un véritable savoir-faire.

Le service est à l’image de la cuisine : précis, attentif, chaleureux et d’une grande élégance. Rarement nous avons rencontré une équipe aussi impliquée, capable d’allier professionnalisme, disponibilité et authenticité sans jamais tomber dans l’excès.

Au regard de nos expériences dans plusieurs établissements étoilés en France, nous estimons que le Gioya présente aujourd’hui le niveau de cuisine, de service et d’exigence que l’on attend d’une table de cette catégorie. À notre sens, il possède toutes les qualités pour prétendre, à terme, à une distinction du Guide Michelin.

Plenty of meal choices which was nice. Room was very neat, nice sea view, good location

Cons:

Too little self-service for the breakfast, everything is served, but you would like more freedom in operating yourself. Conditioning system bit too slow in bringing temperature down in hot weather, the blow not cold enough. Also no restaurant within but getting some discount in recommended restaurants.

Pros:

Bem vistas as coisas, já sou cliente habitual. Já fico neste hotel desde 2021, sempre em viagens de trabalho no inverno e verão. Sempre foi um hotel de excelência e com um preço bastante razoável tendo em conta que é mesmo em frente à praia. O pequeno almoço é exemplar. Quase tudo feito à carta, sem desperdicios, com muita simpatia no atendimento. Ainda hei de experimentar o serviço de SPA/massagem. Tem ótimo aspecto.
