Not much
Torn wallpaper, dirty elevator floor, missing light fixtures, pool light fallen out and putting kids at risk. They had a janky arrangement where you had to pay a third party to park on the property, even though it was an open asphalt paved lot. I could go on and on.
Perfect stay for a shopping spree and great dining at The Rim.
Paying a parking fee.
Its close to six flags
We had to pay for parking
Everything was great but the continental breakfast. It was way overpriced for what was available. We went right after 7 when it opened Saturday morning and it was ice cold. The manager did apologize and say they were making more pancakes because they were rock hard but by then we were already done.$15.95 for cold eggs, potatoes, and sausage?! Super overpriced and then it was cold on top of that.

Location, Cleanliness, staff
parking fees and having to scan QR Code to pay
Monica at the front desk was not helpful, doesn’t look like her job and her goal is to make any progress harder than it should be. Hoping she can find a job where she is happier… and not continue to be the customer’s first experience/face for this hotel. Other than that - great location and breakfast.
Clean and fresh, that goes a long way in making a pleasant stay.
You had to pay $15 extra to have breakfast
Parking is through 3rd party. Hotel website says it is $10. It actually is $10 plus service charge and tax. Totally deceptive! Hotel is in desperate need of regular maintenance. GFI was tripped for in room coffee but could not reset as the reset botton on the GFI was missing. Fitness Center equipment is worn out. One treadmill doesn't work at all.
I paid $33 for two adults for breakfast. It was not worth the price at all. The food was hard and cold. Very limited choices. I was very disappointed. I was wondering why we were the only two people there eating now I know why.
Good location
Shower barely drained as well as the sink, and there was a can of empty Pringle’s under the bed when entering the room. Did not like that it’s a $50/day incidental fee either
Beds comfortable.
Paid for breakfast, was told it's until 1030am at checkin. Went down with my kids at 9:55am, empty breakfast area, staff couldn't be found for 10 minutes, then they said it's over at 10am and I'm going home. Trash.
Location
My room I reserved was not available I wanted two beds and was given away upgraded to king suite and had to use sofa bed - not comfortable breakfast was included and was not very good cold and no flavor
