Pros:

Very clean hotel, staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There’s no windows in some rooms and that was the case of mine, so it smells a bit moldy. But again, the room was very clean so no complaints.

Only in a desperate need
Pros:

It is what you expect for a night or two. Just to spend the night. Good location

Cons:

Unreliable WiFi connection and there’s no service cause you’re on floors -1 or -2.
Constant noise from a machine (must be in the facilities) makes it nearly impossible to sleep

Great location, clean room but musty smell. Check airon works before taking the room
Pros:

We were i room 205. So 2 storys below ground level This was not a problem as we are able. The down side is that the room had a musty smell, temperature was boiling hot as the room is maybe 6x10ft. Again the size of the room does not bother us, just like Japan :) However being underground the heat is unbearable, and the aircon in room 205 was not working. The Blades move but no cold air, and not even the fan mode worked. It is an office based aircon unit, which would cool the room adequately... if it worked. The ensuite was perfect apart from the shower drainage. The floor flooded after a few mins. But again, ensuite is perfect for what we needed. We where only there one night as we are visiting to get our son settled for Uni.

Cons:

Aircon did not work. Being underground this really needs to work as the room was extremely hot

Dan on reception was absolutely fantastic , he made our stay great .
Pros:

All of it , was so welcoming . Dan kept us entertained till early hours with his chat and banter . Lovely lad made us feel like we was at home

Lovely stay
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location. Comfy beds, tv right infront of you in bed. Nice to have hot chocolate aswel as tea and coffee. They make it very clear that there are no windows so no false advertisements. Good value for money. Would stay again.
