The room stank like a toilet, the smell was outside the room. The smell was every where e.g. in stair well.
Constant noise all through the night. The noise was not form other residents. It was electrical.
Air con did not work.

The laminate covering around the bed has come off slightly so it was a little sharp
Exactly what I was looking for, clean room, 24 hour reception, easy check-in/check-out. Excellent value for city centre location. Bed was comfortable and having tea/coffee making facilities was very welcome.

A damp smell permeated the hall, sewage type smell.
Noisy pipes when the shower or sink ran. Thin walls and very easy to hear other guests.
Staff on the reception were helpful and friendly.
Had a real damp smell to the room, overpowering at times. WiFi didn’t reach or work at all for the most part which was disappointing.
We stayed in a room without a window, but unfortunately the smell in the room was absolutely terrible. It was almost like a bad sewer smell. The bed also was not very comfortable, the mattress was very thin and the base was made out of wooden slats. Room 101 really needs looking at.
