Cons:

Camera molto carina, però c’era un buco sul soffitto da cui cadevano delle formiche direttamente sul letto. Svegliarsi con i pizzichi non è stato molto piacevole, soprattutto considerando che siamo stati 3 notti.
Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto il servizio lavanderia che ci hanno fatto pagare ben 10 euro a testa: non raccomandato!

Pleasant staff. Fine location. Price fine. The breakfast meh! But if no frills ok price then good.

Location was easy to find and centrally located

Cons:

The shower had only cold water for 3 days. I contacted the front desk 3 times before they finally fixed it. Oh if you sell coffee you need to use actual creamers not powder. The only place that sold coffee with creamers in The Whole area was oxox convenience store a block away.

Small and sweet hotel.
Pros:

The people were totally nice and going out of there way. Location is awesome, just steps away of paseo de Montejo.

Excelente price-value. Ubicación privilegiada a una cuadra de paseo montejo.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el que tenga estacionamiento te da mucha tranquilidad.
Excelente que tenga tanto ventilador como A/C.
Ubicación ideal para turistear.

Cons:

El agua de la regadera no salia caliente, entonces nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría.
No había suficientes toallas.
Pueden mejorar las amenidades.

Excelente trato!
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones. Además, nos prepararon el desayuno muy temprano porque teníamos que salir y estuvo delicioso. La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

La habitación me pareció pequeña, incluso la cama creo que no era matrimonial. Sin embargo, todo lo demás compensa.

Pros:

Tranquilidade, está em local um pouco mais afastado do centro, o que oferece mais sossego, ainda assim está próximo de bons restaurantes e bares da cidade. Cama grande e espaço limpo diariamente.

Cons:

Café da manhã servido muito tarde, não foi possível prova-lo. Chuveiro não oferece um banho quente e agradável.
