Rooms need renovating and new carpet.
Pros:

The property was in walking distance to Mosaic Stadium which is why we chose it. It was also steps away from The Keg where we had dinner before the concert we attended. The front desk and lobby area was appointed nicely.

Cons:

The hallway to the rooms was very dirty. The walls have obviously taken a bit of beating and the carpet was so dirty.

The room we stayed in smelled of smoke. My husband actually asked me if we had booked a smoking room by accident. The carpet in the hotel room was old and very dirty. It also didn’t have any underlay under it so it was just very hard.

Pros:

Great location close to the stadium and to the Brewerys. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Cons:

It rained a ton and there was water coming in the building! Not a huge deal but could be an issue if it came into our hotel room.
Pool needs a little bit of work but otherwise the hotel is perfect!

Very quiet and was a nice stay
Pros:

It was all around a perfect stay

Cons:

There was only one minor thing
They only left us two micro packets of coffee creamer, sugar and coffee.
Kind of cheap for such a nice hotel

enjoyed the stay and the location. Lots of upgrades being done to the downtown area
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Its "order from menu"

Cons:

Roger's Tavern attached to the property is in need of a "Re-do" Its not going to attract the clientele the Hotel is looking for.

Great location if you are in town for one night for a football game
Pros:

We were in Regina for a Rider football game and we were able to walk to the stadium from the hotel. The breakfast was good as it was ordered off a menu and not a buffet.

Cons:

The air conditioner did not work and the room was quite hot. We called but nobody ever came to fix it. The hotel was noisy with kids running up and down the hallways

There was no trolley available to help with bags. The hallways looked like they were mid renovation. The train woke me three times with its horn. The curtains were NOT blackout.

Stay was acceptable as far as rooms are concerned. Restaurant needs improvements.
Pros:

Nothing wrong with our room. Everything was good. No complains.

Cons:

Main beef was with the restaurant. At 6 PM they are out of some food items? Not really acceptable. We walked out and had dinner somewhere else. Didn't bother with breakfast either. Parking surface full of pot holes. Very disappointing first impression for a Sheraton related hotel.

Very disappointing
Pros:

This hotel is in horrible condition. It is very dirty, hot tub closed, pool dirty.
Room had musty smell, windows and blind dirty. They are renovating, but did not advise us till we arrived.
We were very disappointed, and it left us with a very bad impression of Regina.
We found the hotel directly the day before and made a booking. We were not advised of the renovation or the hot tub being closed.
The staff clearly felt bad and they were doing a good job, but the state of the building is horrible.
