Good location for visiting Nara. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Good location. Easy to get to and from. Close to attractions. Good restaurant. Very attentive staff. I left my camera and they kept it for a couple of days until I came to pick it up.

Cons:

The room is small for three people. But this is Japan. Other advantages make up for this shortcoming.
