Un excellent hôtel, confortable, bien situé et avec un personnel très accueillant !
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Dormy Inn Ueno Okachimachi. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare d’Ueno et de nombreux commerces et restaurants, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans Tokyo.
La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, le personnel accueillant et professionnel, et les services proposés très appréciables. J’ai particulièrement aimé les bains, parfaits pour se détendre après une longue journée de visites, ainsi que les petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.
Malgré les commentaires précédents, je n'ai pas eu de soucis de longue attente à l'ascenseur.
Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent pour Tokyo. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y séjournerais à nouveau avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Honnêtement, je n’ai rien à redire, tout était très bien ! Mon séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé et je n’ai rencontré aucun problème. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

我還是會選擇多美迎，但如果大城市的選擇可能要再想想
Pros:

多美迎本身就強調有泡湯溫泉、夜鳴拉麵、冰塊、冰棒微波爐服務，因為地里位置優越，樓下就有全家便利店，走路四分鐘附近也有超市，附近居酒屋林立，每天換一家根本不會重複，阿美橫町、上野車站體感走路3-5分即可到達。

Cons:

但也因為地理位置在全世界人口密度最高的城市，地狹人稠，房間空間非常狹小，整棟樓總共12樓，只有一台電梯，泡湯池、冰塊服務、微波爐在頂樓，飯店前台在二樓，所以在住宿期間非必要不會想搭電梯，而且泡湯池也好小啊⋯⋯特別挑選離峰時段泡湯人也滿滿的！多美迎還是要選在郊區體感會相對好點！

Solid accommodation for the value and location.
Pros:

Breakfast in the morning had variety and was convenient. Laundry facilities were easy to use and available. Hot Spring and Sauna were enjoyable. Short distance from Ueno Station.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected.

Cosy hotel in great location
Pros:

The location was so good and there was a family mart underneath which was so convenient. The area in general was vibrant and has great restaurants and interesting shops.

The onsen was one of my favourite parts since it was open 3pm to 10am the next day. Given the time zone change we sometimes woke up at weird times and it was nice to be able to go to the onsen and relax instead of being in the room.

The breakfast was good too and the hotel wasn't super large which made it nicer and cosier.

The provided pajamas were also very nice.

Cons:

I know this is a business hotel but all the same it would be nice if the room was a tiny bit bigger and had a proper closet you could use to leave your suitcase and hang up clothes. Also would be nice if you could cast to the TVs so you could watch things in the evening when winding down.

Pros:

Great location. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast is the best thing around. Bed was comfortable and long enough for me at 6’5”.

Cons:

This is not a hotel where you will find couches, loungers etc. Expect function over comfort.

Recommended hotel chain.
Pros:

Near Ueno park, free Onsen usage. They also provide luggage storage before check in/out as well. Also advertised free ramen however I didn't get a chance to try it out as I return to the hotel late.
