2樓有備品區，基本的牙刷、刮鬍刀等等都有。
大浴場男女分開，房間有提供小提籃，不過上面放了一個LUNDRY BOX，方便帶換洗衣物去大浴場，還可以用電視確認擁擠程度，再排時間去大浴場泡泡澡
大浴場乾衣區提供含鑰匙的置物櫃
大浴場內盥洗區提供洗髮、護髮、洗面乳、沐浴乳，有1池熱水、1池冷水、1持戶外的熱水，竟然還有烤箱
洗好出來有吹風機，桌上還有提供化妝水跟乳液，體重計
洗好出來有休息區，有漫畫可以看還有冰品雖然口味我不喜歡，養樂多不知道是不是太晚洗澡，都是空箱

飯店12層樓只有1部電梯，早上退房時人很多就要排很久。
大浴場出去時，門是自動感應開啟的，有疑慮

位子很棒可以很好的泡溫泉的地方
Pros:

位子很棒
到上野站跟京成上野（往成田機場）都是步行5-7分鐘
員工也很貼心
溫泉雖然小，但是是露天的很透氣
很感淨

Cons:

1.Front desk在二樓，但是電梯只有一台
要等很久，還要特地到2樓去check In and check out,很不方便，退宿時如果要趕下一個景點記得預留時間
2.旅館滿窄的
3. 旁邊有高架橋，會有噪音。隔音不太好會被走廊聲音吵到

房間大小OK，有公共區域有免費提供咖啡等服務，有澡堂可以泡，泡完有免費的休息室可以看漫畫，有提供免費的冰品與優酪乳、付費的牛奶，可以泡完澡享用，有免費的洗衣機與付費烘衣機，很方便!!推薦

Cons:

房間的床有一點點小，多人同住可能要注意位置有點點擠的問題，早餐的使用方式可以稍微介紹一下，雖然不是太複雜，但還是會小茫然或困惑。

El personal siempre muy amable y servicial, cualquier duda se resuelve y están dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda.
El onsen un lujo, después de visitar la ciudad ducharse y darse un baño relajante es lo mejor que se puede hacer. El ramen por la noche un detalle muy bueno también. Calidad-precio genial, estamos encantados con la estancia, es la 2a vez que estamos aqui.

Un séjour comfortable qui ma permis de me déplacer partout dans Tokyo et la région sans problème.
Pros:

L'emplacement était très pratique, avec beaucoup de ligne de train à proximité. La chambre n'était pas très grande mais l'espace était très bien utilisé et je pouvait facilement ouvrir ma valise sur le sol. Les équipements sont en bonne états et les services gratuits sont excellents. Merci pour la crème glacée gratuite, et merci d'avoir gardé ma valise quelques jours entre mes séjours chez vous. Le séchoir à linge était très efficace. Malgré être directement à côté d'une voie expresse, l'insonorisation était excellente. J'aime bien l'ajout d'une porte coulissante entre l'entrée de la chambre et la section ou se trouve le lit, ce qui ajoute de l'insonorisation.

Cons:

Les fenêtre faisait un drôle de bruit durant les périodes de grand vent, probablement parce que ma chambre était au coin de l'édifice. J'aurais apprécié plus de choix de type d'oreiller et une mince couverture sous le duvet. L'ascenseur semble très lent, et comme il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour 12 étages, il faut souvent attendre longtemps.

my only bad review for a Dormy, passable normally but very tight
Pros:

i never get breakfast, the location would be good except for the announcement only as we are checking in that there is major noisy construction outside our window, But the noise was quiet from 3:30 pm until 8am so we survived okay.

Cons:

onsen facilities too small for the number of people staying there, They have a whole dining area which they closed off except for breakfast, they could have accomodated early arrivals by letting people sit or work at the empty tables. the rooms are small as usual in Tokyo, ok for one or two day business people but for a couple traveling for weeks, very constricting and difficult. One elevator for 11 floors of hotel making for a lot of waiting. Not worth the elevated price because the onsen too small

Pros:

ウェルカムのお菓子！美味しかったです。
温泉もお湯温度は低めだがアイスキャンディーがとても嬉しかったです！

Cons:

とにかく場所が分かりにくい。アクセスを見てもよく分からず、地下鉄駅だととても近かったのに、と後から思ったり。道路にあった地図を見てもアパホテルしかのってなかったりで散々でした。
