Sharm el Sheikh’te kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden olduğunu düşünüyorum, bundan sonra gelirsem tercihim yine buradan yana olacak. 4 gece kaldık. Odalar gayet temizdi, çoğu oda denizi görüyor. Yemekleri lezzetli, İtalyan mutfağı ağırlıklı diyebilirim. Birkaç farklı havuzu var farklı derinliklerde. Sahilinde kumsal mevcut; denizde ise kıyıda birkaç metre resiflerden sonra hemen ~20 metrelik bir derinlik oluyor. Bu nedenle de girişler sadece iskeleden yapılıyor. Denizi çok temiz; resifler, balıklar muhteşem ve şnorkel yapmak için çok uygun, hatta dalış etkinliğini aratmıyor diyebilirim. Ama denizin derin olduğunu bilerek gelmekte yarar var. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Ekip son derece kibar ve yardımcı oluyor, ufak bir sorunumuz oldu hemen yardımcı oldular ve telafisi yapıldı. Yakınlarıma da önereceğim bir yer oldu. Konumu havalimanı-old market arasında bir noktada, böyle olması sakin bir yer olması için güzel de olmuş; zaten taksiler çok uygun istediğiniz zaman merkeze geçebilirsiniz. Genel olarak düşünenlere öneririm. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Odadan manzarayı görsel olarak ekledim.

Très belle hôtel
Pros:

L’un des meilleurs hôtels de charme, très bien positionné, très bel architecture, chambre neuve et confortable. Pour faire du snorkeling c’est parfait vous pouvez voir des tortues très tôt le matin .
Les plats dans le restaurant sont très bons, avec une belle variété.

Cons:

C’est vraiment dommage je des animations en soirée sont seulement pour les Italiens.
Le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful. I even got sick during the stay and the staff called the pharmacy and I received medicine which was amazing. I would highly recommend

Staff was talking only in italian
Pros:

Absolut amazing place!!! You absolutely have to visit the shisha place inside the hotel. Amazing guy there!!

Cons:

All the activities were in Italian for some reason??? Which was very weird because it was not advertised anywhere as an italian hotel. So most of the times we were missing on the jokes/ the activities/ the dances etc because the staff was talking on the mic just in italian. It made us a bit sad as we would like to join
So if you re not an italian speaker its gonna be a bit weird as you might feel left out
Rather than that, the place is 10/10!!

Pros:

The beach was excellent, with direct access to a beautiful coral reef that was perfect for snorkeling and the room was clean and well maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Restaurant was excellent, offering a wide selection and consistently fresh options in a pleasant setting.

I would like to extend a special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Hazem & Mr Ahmed for their exceptional hospitality and kindness
The entire staff was welcoming and friendly,

Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Hazem and Ahmed from the Reception Team. They were very supportive and highly responsive.
I would also like to thank Ali and the rest of the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everyone treated me with respect and was always willing to help and support me throughout my stay.
Definitely I will come back soon

Pros:

Resepsiyondaki herkes çok ilgili özellikle Ahmed e teşekkür ediyorum. Yemekhane çok temiz ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü kahvaltı tek kelimeyle mükemmel yemekler temiz ancak tat anlamında biraz farklı mangal her gün var illa ki damak tadınıza uygun bir şey buluyorsunuz Dısardan yemek zorunda kalmadım hiç. Odalar çok temiz isterseniz her gün temizleniyor. Ayrıca sahil kısmı da iyi şnorkek dalış yapabileceğiniz yerleri var otel içinde. Biz genel olarak beğendik fiyat performans oteli bir daha geldiğimde yine burda konaklarım.

Cons:

Akşam yemekleri biraz daha az baharatlı olabilir. Türkçe dil desteği eklenebilir. Teşekkürler

Tutto, gentilezza dello staff, pulizia, qualità cibo..ci siamo sentite come in una grande famiglia.

Personel genelde fevkalade ilgili. Resepsiyon sorumlusu HAZEM son derece çözüm odaklı her konuda bizlere yardımcı oldu. Sorularımızı ve sorunlarımızı birebir çözdü. Teşekkürler Hazem.

Perfect and comfortable
Pros:

Everything was beyond excellent! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach is absolutely beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

A special thanks to Mr. Hazem, who is more than perfect. He is professional, kind, and pays attention to every detail. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and was always there whenever we needed anything.

Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
