They scheduled load testing while guests are IN, no electricity, no back-up power at 3AM-4AM
Cons:

They performed load testing at 3:00AM, which lasted for about an hour. No electricity, no back-up power, too. Apparently, they were also testing their genset capacity. Their phone lines are dead so I had to walk to the lobby to ask the staff about the power outage. It was scheduled. Why is a 3-star hotel load testing on purpose while guests are checked in? Didn't think Go Hotels didn't put much regard on the guests' safety, comfort, and convenience. Phone lines are dead and not even an announcement was made. Literally no effort to give us a heads up when we arrived. We were worried sick inside the room, thinking why a 3-star hotel had no power on. Room temp was already hot and I could hear people walking back and forth the corridors. The staff just looked at me and said the power is back up as I almost reached the reception. Receptionist explained what happened but what do I do then with such information? THE OUTAGE WAS SCHEDULED DESPITE HAVING GUESTS IN. NO HEADS UP WHATSOEVER. Been booking Go Hotels for my business trips and some stays aren't the best but I always thought it's the safer choice. I can't get my head around this incident where the disregard for guest experience is this blatant.

Not sure if this is their default setup for all bookings but there's a tray beside the elevator where they're selling slippers. My reservation didn't have slippers included. No hairdryer. The elevator from B3 led us up to another building that we had to get out of to be able to get to Go Hotels lobby, while carrying all our luggage bags. Access to parking meant going in and out of the Alpha Suites building. Even before the power outage, I was already weary of the beddings as it made my skin particularly itchy upon contact.

Check-in was delayed because the staff were busy assisting walk-in guests. There was also a power outage that lasted for almost two hours, leaving the room hot, humid, and poorly ventilated, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled better.
