The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive. As it was my first time visiting Thailand, they went out of their way to help me navigate the city. The rooms were perfectly clean and the amenities were highly satisfactory

However, I wasn’t pleased about having to leave a security deposit upon arrival, which wasn’t ideal.

We liked the hotel location as it’s very close to BTS station, siam square and area is very suitable for first time travelers to bkk, staff are very much friendly, polite, cooperative

Location and sheets were comfortable.

Cons:

Longest check in and check out I’ve ever experienced. Booked the room a week in advance and came straight from airport and room still wasn’t ready at 5pm. This is unacceptable when check in is at 2. We were offered a coke as compensation which neither of us drink. Breakfast the following day would have been a more reasonable compensation. Unfortunately, I would not return to, not recommend this hotel.

it was expected for the price i guess
Pros:

most of the staff were good except one guy was not happy because i asked him to help me with one my luggage

Cons:

the cleanness is what i didnt like the bathroom sink was dirty and the table

Cons:

The rooms are very small, they offer a night with breakfast, but it's lame, they can't serve cold drinks, and the kitchen is limited with options, we didn't have our breakfast there
The crib I got was broken. Although we were 3 in the room, we had towels only for 2, even the day after. The team was not pleasant. The room is clean, and if someone is looking just to put their head and not more than that, that can work, but take into account that the room the offer for a couple doesn't fit fr staying in the room, there is no place to sit except the bed...there is no bar at the lobby, feels like they are not there yet as hotel
