Nothing takes away from the good stay you would have here
Pros:

Property was great and in a good location. Clean, comfortable, great size and lovely and warm.

Cons:

2 things let the score down but does not take away from the stay one bit. The shower had an annoying drip all the way through the night even after turning off and on and more. The walls had dirty marks on

We liked our stay very much and thank the team for the friendliness!
Pros:

Right in the center, near to the train station, very friendly, efficient and helpful personnel. We had 2 single beds which were really comfy and wide.

Cons:

They breakfast was adjusted to prejudices you might have of British food. There was no chance to eat something non-processed (apart from an apple).

great 4 nights, took the bus to Durham and metro shopping centre, both worth a visit.

Next to train station and city center
Pros:

Wonderful location, right next to the train station and in the heart of the city. One can visit most of the tourist attractions of Newcastle within walking distance. It was a long weekend when I stayed, and the whole surrounding area was festive. The hotel staff and rooms were above par. The breakfast in the morning was sumptuous and included. I could also visit Hadrian's Wall conveniently via train.
