Great location for arriving by train and car pickup / drop-off. Also good for city centre and river walks. Included breakfast was good and breakfast staff helpful.
Strange combined, semi-transparent bathroom / wardrobe door. Bathroom was slightly small. Aircon not easy to use. Lifts were a bit quirky. Not much in-room tea / milk when we arrived.

Very comfortable room. Clean and had everything you needed. The shower was excellent. The hotel was in very close proximity to the railway station and central Newcastle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lifts it's the only time I've experienced such terrible lifts 3 available.
1 was staff only the other 2 we timed each time we used them the shortish time was 11 minutes waiting.

Booked 3 rooms, tried to get an early check in to one of the rooms- to get changed for graduation this wasn’t possible (we were told that early check in may not be possible)

Loved the location. Very easy to get to from the train station.
Was a bit tired and cheaply renovated in old lady style. Room had a funny smell, not really bad, but not really nice either.
Breakfast was ok with good range. Gym was small, good enough to get adapt your workout if you don’t lift heavy.

We arrivrd at 2 am. I had advisrd late arrival. Was advised only room left was accessible. Bathroom.was dreary. Hot water tepid. Next day the toilet broke. We moved rooms. Staff were apologetic and helpful and gave £20 voucher for bar but stay was depressong.

Noisy outside on one night.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful, check in was super fast, the room and the rest of the hotel was very clean, everything was as promised and breakfast was lovely.
The room was cold when we first arrived. It did take quite a while to warm up. I know September can be hard to guess with weather and everyone likes temps different. It wouldn't put me off staying again the hotel was great.
