Pros:

Very clean hotel,spotless.The breakfast is excellent, the chap that collects the dirty pots is pleasant and polite.All the staff are very helpful,they go above and beyond.You can't get a better location being across from the train station.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like!

good and reasonably good value considering it's a very central location in a lively city

Pros:

Location great. Very clean rooms. Breakfast good standard

Cons:

Beads very uncomfortable. Not as comfortable beds as the Premier inn beds. Should change your supplier of beds to the premier inn supplier

Very well located for the train station. Great value for money, and excellent customer service
Pros:

Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Reception staff were very kind and welcoming at checkout. All staff were very smiley, polite and attentive to client's needs.

Great location and super helpful staff!
Pros:

Location was right outside the main trains station which was ideal! The staff were amazing - checked us in early, kept our bags between checkout and our train and gave recommendations for lunch in the surrounding area. Room was clean and comfy, extra mug for tea at night was provided. Breakfast had a great range and was well stocked.

Cons:

Sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and there was slight traffic noise through the night but neither really prevented a good night sleep!
