Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del CAS y de la macroplaza. Limpio, elegante y huele rico.

Cons:

Solo hay dos elevadores.

Para el precio que tiene, la limpieza debería ser mejor. El baño tenía pelos y un poco de suciedad y por ende la moqueta no me daba ninguna fiabilidad

Pros:

El personal super amable sobre todo el personal de limpieza del cuarto.

Cons:

Pero baje puntos en limpieza porque nosndieron un cusrto viejo, que olia a humedad, el baño viejo donde casi no le servia la regadera y ya habia suciedad vieja pegada, aunque el personal de limpieza se esforzaba ya no salia. van mas de 6 veces que nos quedamos ahi y es la primera ves que nos dan un cuarto mini sin minibar.

La gloire passée de Monterrey
Pros:

La gloire d’antan et le mouvement incessant des voyageurs dans le lobby, face aux boutiques et au petit musée retraçant l’histoire de l’hôtel. Le charme d’attendre un ascenseur centenaire dont l’efficacité et la rapidité laisse à désirer. L’accès direct au Bar 1900 est fort appréciable. L’emplacement à deux pas de l’institution du Roi du Cabri est également un vrai plus.

Cons:

Le parfum d’ambiance chimique pour masquer l’odeur de la moquette imbibée de crasse dans les couloirs d’accès aux chambres ainsi que le manque d’empathie de la part de certaines personnes à l’accueil.

Only good location
Pros:

The location couldn’t be better. Best location ever, everything is walking distance and it feels safe

Cons:

trash can when I arrived, there was a dirty cotton swab on the floor. The fridge wasn’t working. It was hot outside, and unfortunately I couldn’t keep any drinks cold in my room because of that.

I booked this room for my husband and me. We should always have two towels available, but instead we constantly had to go ask for an extra towel because they only left one in a room meant for two people.

The elevators are very old and they work with your room key card. Every time I tried to use the card, it wouldn’t work, so I had to get out of the elevator, ask the receptionist to fix it, and then wait another 3 or 4 minutes for the next elevator.
