The location and the large common areas of the hotel were excellent. The staff was also great—very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, the hotel provided a very pleasant and welcoming experience

Cons:

The cleaning could have been a little better, particularly around the pool area, which was not always as clean as expected. In the room, the carpet was quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort.

The hotel could also be quite noisy at times, with many people using the common areas and noise coming from neighboring rooms late at night. Improving the condition of the carpets, overall cleanliness, and noise control would make the experience much more comfortable.

Overall, it was a good stay, and I enjoyed my time there. However, considering the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side.

Nunca nos habia tocado un cuarto tan pequeño, no nos habia tocado el piso 2. La llave de la regadera estaba suelta muy dificil de regular y seguia saliendo por el grifo de la tina agua.

El costo de 2 mil la noche no lo vale, ya es un hotel viejo sin remodelaciones, regaderas con fallas, las cortinas permiten entrada de luz, solo dos elevadores muy lentos. Tuvimos que usa escaleras varias veces, y agrégale que es un hotel que permite eventos como bodas, ejecutivos en el lobby por lo que no es hotel que te permite un descanso al 100%
