Pros:

The food was horrible I've ordered mutton chunk and my daughter ordered burger. Mine meat was tasteless and burger bun was old pouruss in hand... Did enjoy at all...

Perfektes Hotel am Flughafen
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und komfortables Hotel beim Flughafen. Die Zimmer gehen in den Innenhof mit kleinem Pool. Trotz Flughafennähe ruhig.
Das Personal ist immer extrem nett und aufmerksam, ob an der Rezeption, Concierge, Housekeeping, Restaurantteam und auch das Bar/Poolteam.

Pros:

Great hotel, conveniently located close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and it was perfect for an overnight stay before travelling. Would definitely stay again!

Average stay. Service needs to improve
Pros:

Near airport with shuttle bus, reasonable breakfast, good price especially if need to fit 3 persons in a room.

Cons:

Housekeeping after hours need to improve. I was short of 1 towel (only 2 provided for 3 persons) and my son forgot his toothbrush. Despite calling and going down to reception, none was provided and we gave up. Shared 2 towels and my son just rinse his teeth that night.

We are not expecting 5 star service from a 3 star hotel. But when housekeeping close, the reception should have all the items at reception for collection. Not providing these items when housekeeping is closed is inexcusable.

Food was nice and the staff at the resturant were friendly and caring

Cons:

I arrived at 14h00 and I was told the rooms were still being cleaned. I was made to wait for 2 hours. Even the receptionist who had helped me did not come across as caring. When I went to complain I found that she had gone home. Another staff member helped allocate the room and she aplogised for keeping me waiting for such a long time. What I was upset about was the fact that I had specifically made a request to check-in early as I was thinking I would arrive around 13h00.
