Pros:

Everything, room was good, food was good, location was good and all the staff were very friendly. They even notified us about being cautious when outside of the hotel as they had reports of scammers approaching guests when outside of the hotel gate. Security is good too, gives me and my family reassurance. Love that they have both a shower and separate bath in each hotel room too. I also love that they don’t hound me for tips!

Cons:

The one thing was that the bath tub looked like it had lots of scratches in it which was probably from past guests but it did look scary. Other than that I did have a nice bath it was literally just the appearance of it.

Arrived late afternoon for overnight stay -staff were very friendly n helpful .Hotel clean and neat .

Dear Management,

We would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude to Ms Leena for the exceptional care and kindness she extended to our daughter during her recent stay.

As our daughter was travelling alone in Africa, we were naturally very concerned for her safety and wellbeing. Ms Leena went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout her stay. She kindly arranged for both an early check-in and a late check-out, allowing our daughter to remain in a secure environment before and after her travel commitments.

In addition, Ms Leena thoughtfully allocated a ground-floor room with easy access to the hotel staff, providing us with tremendous peace of mind knowing that assistance would always be readily available if needed.

Words cannot adequately express how much these arrangements meant to us as parents. Ms Leena's compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference to our daughter's experience and greatly eased our worries from afar.
