Hotel Mega Mare

The WiFi doesn’t extend to any rooms and the 3G signal was almost non-existent. The hotel can really do something about this. The hotel also has so many rules - it almost feels as though you’re being reprimanded before doing anything wrong. Pool was also closed for an entire day after a small thunderstorm. This, during a heatwave is quite frustrating. Nice coffee in the mornings but hotel could do with some better catering.

A személyzet .. nagyon pökhendi stílusban beszeltek, illetve a reggeli nagyon karcsú volt.

הגענו למלון עם ציפייה ליהנות מחופשה של שני לילות ולחגוג לבתי את יום הולדתה ה-13, אך לצערי החוויה הייתה מאכזבת ומיותרת לחלוטין.
כבר בשעות הצהריים שמנו לב שהמזגן בחדר אינו מקרר. פנינו לקבלה וביקשנו שיבדקו את התקלה בזמן שנצא לארוחת ערב, מתוך תקווה שכשנחזור הבעיה תיפתר.
כשחזרנו מאוחר בלילה, בסביבות השעה 23:45, גילינו שהמזגן עדיין לא מקרר והחדר היה חם מאוד. ירדתי שוב לקבלה כדי לבקש סיוע. בשלב זה בעל המלון, שישב במקום, התערב בשיחה בצורה בוטה, מזלזלת ומתנשאת. במקום לנסות לעזור או להתנצל, הוא אמר דברים כמו: "זה מה יש", "תאשים את החום בחוץ", "תחזור לישון, לא תרגיש את החום". כשהמשכתי להסביר שהחדר פשוט לא ניתן לשהייה, הוא קם לעברי בצורה תוקפנית ואמר: "אם לא נראה לך, תעזוב את המלון עכשיו, קח את הכסף ותעוף מפה."
ראוי לציין שנציג הקבלה ניסה להרגיע את המצב ואף הגיע לחדר כדי לנסות לטפל במזגן, אך ללא הצלחה. היינו אני ובתי, עייפים אחרי יום ארוך, וכל מה שרצינו היה חדר עם מזגן תקין כדי שנוכל לישון.
למחרת בבוקר פניתי שוב לבעל המלון ושאלתי האם ניתן להעביר אותנו לחדר אחר עם מזגן תקין. תשובתו הייתה שהוא מעדיף שנעזוב את המלון, והוא יחזיר לנו את התשלום עבור לילה אחד בלבד. לא נותרה לנו ברירה אלא לעזוב ולחפש מלון חלופי בהתראה קצרה, מה שאילץ אותנו לשלם סכום גבוה משמעותית עבור לינה חלופית.
התקלה במזגן הייתה אמנם הבעיה שהתחילה את הכול, אך מה שהפך את החוויה לבלתי נסבלת היה היחס של בעל המלון – חוסר שירותיות, חוסר כבוד, התנהגות תוקפנית וחוסר נכונות אמיתית לפתור את הבעיה. במקום לקחת אחריות ולספק פתרון בסיסי, בחר לגרש אותנו מהמלון.
זו הייתה חוויה מאוד לא נעימה, שגרמה לנו לעוגמת נפש רבה והרסה את תחילת חגיגת יום ההולדת של בתי. לצערי, איני יכול להמליץ על המלון הזה, בעיקר בגלל היחס שקיבלנו כאשר נזקקנו לשירות בסיסי ולפתרון תקלה

No restaurant or bar to sit at, and no lift or steps down from parking - but frankly, who cares!

das hotel bittet ausser kleinigkeiten kein essen an. dass heisst man muss in die stadt, und das ist nur mit dem auto möglich. auch keine taxis.

Bazén je v provozu až od 11:00.Objednali jsme si veceři a donesli nam ohřáté polotovary ,snidaně byla dobrá s omezeným výběrem.

na izbe mohla byť aspoň rýchlovarná kanvica a poháre/ misky

L'impianto dell'aria condizionata è molto vecchio e non efficace, soprattutto in periodi di grande caldo. La piscina gode di una vista spettacolare ma è carente di ombrelloni e zone d'ombra, per cui si crea una lotta per accaparrarsi i migliori posti riparati.

Le camere un po' datate e la colazione troppo misera

From the get go, the poorly trained receptionist rush through the checkin process, like he couldn't get rid off me soon enough. When I got to my room, that's when I realize that they do not have wifi in the room (how backwards). When I really had to use the wifi in the lobby(the only place you get wifi) I was verbally assaulted/abused by the manager of the hotel, because he didn't like the fact that I was lying on the couch (minding my own business, as I am the only guest in the lobby), I asked him to at least conduct himself nicely, and professionally, he basically said he is the manager of the hotel, and he has the final say on how he would like to conduct himself (in his pyjama), when I confronted he on how he was treating me as guest. At one point he even used hand gestures trying to belittle me and shut me down, despite that fact the other overnight reception staff was trying to diffused the situation (he was actually nice and pleasant throughout the entire time, except when he lied to me about his manager's name).
