Great location. Stayed an extra night. Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Big bed. Clean. Good shower. Nice pool.
Pillows were too big and high for neck.

A quick walk to El Centro. Quiet. Good breakfast and clean rooms.
Breakfast was amazing. We had to change rooms cause the wifi wasn’t working on the 1st floor but the staff was helpful and the room after change was excellent on the ground floor.
Room on the first floor was noisy and extremely hot and no wifi at all. We have seen some cockroaches but I guess it is normal in tropical cities. At the reception the staff couldn’t speak English or just really limited

Había un mesero de de unos 40.años aproximadamente muy molesto, creo era el que mandaba a los demás en el desayuno, pero con muy mal trato
El desayuno incluido en la reservacion es bueno. La ubicacion del hotel tambien es muy conveniente porque esta cerca del centro. La atencion del personal fue excelente.
No habia agua caliente en mi cuarto, lo reporte en la maniana del segundo dia de estancia, sali a hacer algunos tramites y al regresar en la noche no lo habian arreglado aun. Me cambiaron de habitacion y eso lo arreglo. Sin embargo, la nueva habitacion estaba ubicada frente a la alberca en la planta baja y se metian insectos debajo de la puerta.
