El hotel es muy bonito bastante limpio y sobre todo céntrico, en general las instalaciones son bonitas.

Cons:

En el desayuno me habían comentado que era buffet, pero resulta que fue un tipo americano, las porciones son pequeñas, en específico los molletes, Solamente era media tapa de pan partida a la mitad, quiero pensar que no tenían suficiente bolillo.

Lo recomiendo y siempre regresaremos
Pros:

El personal de resepcion, muy atentos y serviciales en los 3 turnos, la comida y atención en el restaurante muy buena, sobre todo la atención del Sr. Manuel, habitaciones cómodas, siempre regresaremos en nuestros viajes a Merida

Cons:

El hotel es bonito y confortable, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a la griferia, la regadera no servía, pero la reportamos y enseguida cambiaron la cebolleta, la llave de agua fría del lavabo no sirvió casi no salía agua, el personal de limpieza hacen demasiado ruido a las 7 am con música a todo volumen y platicando con unas carcajadas, no respetan qué los huéspedes van a descansar la mayoría y que no hay televisión por cable ni cajoneras
