Pros:

Nothing about this motel was likeable.

Cons:

This motel was the worst I have ever stayed at. The bedding was disgusting with stains and holes on the blankets and I had to request a change. The room cleaner assured us the bedding she brought was clean.The bathroom door was stuck, the towels looked like they were 20 years old, the shower was a trickle since most of the water continued to run from the faucet. The owner had to come and give us a cable box for the tv and there was no pw for the wifi. The fridge did not work. Why did I stay? There were no other options, we were very tired and my payment was non-refundable. I definitely would not recommend this motel to anyone, and definitely is not worth $130.00 I paid.

Satisfactory stay for the price.
Pros:

The room was large. Air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Extensive cable TV! Well-lit parking lot out front. Minutes from downtown. Short walk from a busy pub and Tim Hortons across the street!
Comfortable bed. Bathroom looks recently renovated. The lady at the front desk was courteous!

Cons:

A bit noisy comings and goings through the walls but not anything major.

STAY AWAY!!!
Pros:

This motel should be shut down. I would have rated 0 if I could. The pictures speak for themselves. I wouldn’t even pay $5 to sleep here. Stay far far away. There was a piece of crack pipe glass on the floor and blood and stains everywhere. We ended up leaving and not staying at all.
