Pros:

房間夠大，吹風機不是那種很小會吸頭發的那種，整體是乾淨的，水壓夠大，冷氣可以調整溫度，床是舒服的。

Cons:

電梯滿髒的，另外就是那條路上附近有舞廳、spa館及競遊館，有點擔心治安不好。

離六合夜市一個路口就到了 很方便
離美麗島站或是高雄火車站也只要5分鐘路程
從市區到高雄捷運可到達的旅客可以很方便到達

整層房是花大錢的新裝潢。

附蒸餾水飲水機好喝乾淨、旁附茶包。
房間窗戶明亮超大片（可看85大樓）。
液晶電視+中嘉寬頻第四台（和北部凱擘相同數字台數）。
有WIFI寬頻用。
浴室乾濕分離，設備新乾淨。
冷氣開關實用好調很涼。
大樓逃生樓梯2座標示明顯。
老闆是年輕人，跑過全台大小城市懂很多好聊好問，南部的人情味，耐心提供很多高雄旅遊資訊，感謝！
