Inexpensive and convenient.
Pros:

Friendly service, good value, and a comfortable place to have breakfast.
There’s a well-stocked grocery store right next door.
Very convenient location - 5 minutes from the Bow Road subway station and the Bow Church DLR station.

Quite good value for money in London.
Pros:

Plenty to eat for breakfast, which we prepared ourselves and cleared up afterwards.
Man at reception very pleasant.

Disappointing
Pros:

We checked in late at night, and the caretaker helped us carry our bags to the room. However, the room was stuffy, dirty, and outdated, so we couldn't bring ourselves to sleep there, we decided to step out and go for a night out instead rather than stay in. We ended up looking for accommodation elsewhere for the rest of our days in London. The bathroom was tidy, but the overall facility is outdated and tired, it really needs renovating, with amenities updated throughout. I wouldn't recommend one to stay. The one real highlight is the location, which is easily accessible to and from the city centre.

We have low standards but this 'hotel' is below any standards
Pros:

I only needed a roof above my head and this hotel was enough. Location was OK considering we needed to access London stadium. The staff at reception was fine.

Cons:

Dirty and old 'hotel', looking more like a shared house. The kitchen was dirty and it was not clear what we can cook, what options we had. There was not much choice, we decided to eat elsewhere. The room was extremely small, dark and dated. We could not lock the door from inside. The bed was uncomfortable. My friend ended up seeing the doctor due to bed bugs. Too expensive for the facilities, lack of space, dark, this should be 1 star accommodation and the word 'hotel' should be removed from its name.

Pros:

Bon accueil, personnel présent sur une longue plage horaire et disponible. Linge de lit propre et frais, chambre assez spacieuse. C'est très honnête pour un logement à Londres. Rare endroit abordable qui restait dispo avec chambre individuelle et wc/sdb indépendants (réservé 6 mois avant!). Supérette juste à côté.

Cons:

Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un meuble pour poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain. Quelques travaux d'amélioration pourraient être fait.

Great weekend stay
Pros:

Shower/Toilet en-suite , TV, WiFi , comfortable bed, amazing location for London stadium , also friendly staff on reception / CCTV in communal areas.

Cons:

Not really a big thing but no hot drink facilities in the room.
You can make one in the kitchen and take it to your room.

The staff was nice, good location and relatively good value for money for a single room with your own bathroom in London

Cons:

Unfortunately there were bed bugs. The morning after I slept on the bed, I had bites on my body and ended up seeing two of them on the bed over the next 24 hours.
