Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, 5 min walk from a metro station or you can take the tram right which has a stop right outside the hotel.
Extremely helpful staff, had as small problem with my check in and the customer service helped me immediately and solved my problem in a minute.
They are value for money for this city
I will definitely stay there in my next visit to Helsinki

Taso laskenut kuin lehmän häntä

Sijainti on työhöni nähden erinomainen ja kulkuyhteydet hyvät.

Cons:

Taso on merkittävästi laskenut viimeisen 3 vuoden aikana. Olen yöpynyt Hiisissä toistuvasti. Vessan erillinen valo peilin yllä ei käytännössä pala yhdessäkään huoneessa. Käytävillä hyvin voimakas ruuan käry todennäköisesti muiden asukkaiden ruuanlaiton jäljiltä. Yhteiskeittiö siivoton ja mitään ruokailuvälineitä, edes haarukkaa ei saatavilla. Osassa huoneista isoja ryhmiä ja huoneiden ovat käytäville auki ja metelöintiä.

Ładny, czysty pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżka, na plus przestronna łazienka. Lokalizacja blisko metra.

La ubicació m'ha semblat tranquil·la i agradable, gens lluny del centre de la ciutat i amb un tram a la porta. El servei de recepció sense personal ha sigut molt pràctic. Hi havia assecador i l'aigua de la dutxa sortia calenta i amb pressió.

Cons:

He passat una mica de fred, la temperatura no es podia regular individualment a les habitacions. Els matalassos eren finíssims i el llit no era gaire còmode. Entrava molta llum a través de les cortines.
