This hotel has great location (very near a nice shopping district) and fantastic amenities. I slept very well in their comfortable rooms and really enjoyed their breakfast/food options. We also used their spa, which was very modern and had nice indoor and outdoor pools. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our trip to Iceland!

Comfortable and clean. Washbasin outside bathroom is a great idea for twin sharing rooms. Receptionist mostly very friendly and helpful except for one who seemed bias. Hotel restaurant provided value for money meals and food was delicious.

Good breakfast (including English breakfast, variations of pastries and yogurts/skyr etc.). Very good restaurant directly in the hotel. During my stay I ate dinner there two times and the food was absolutely delicious. I can also recommend their cocktails.
The spa is nice and you can easily book a massage.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect, the food was perfect, the hospitality was perfect, the cleanliness was perfect, and finally the location was perfect.
Loved the spa area and sauna. The hotel staff allowed me to use the facilities for the remainder of my check out day and held my luggage. The staff was generally warm and friendly.
The room was stuffy and warm when I entered. I made sure the heat was off and it was. I called the front desk and they told me to crack a window, and I had. They brought me a fan.
They had plenty of breakfast items, but by the time I showed up (on the later side of the breakfast window) many of the items were not fresh (stale bread, dried out sausages, etc). I stuck to the fruit.
