Pros:

Céntrico en la calle más comercial de Reikiavik. Habitación amplia (salvo escaso espacio para guardar ropa), lavabo separado de WC y ducha. Camas muy cómodas con 2 almohadas. Hervidor y tés en habitación. Cortina oscurecimiento. Al lado de parada bus stop 13. Desayuno muy variado. Restaurante con platos muy ricos y personal super amable. Tiene una pequeña zona de spa y gimnasio.

Best choice for a three night visit
Pros:

Best location. Having seen other hotels we were really glad that we selected this one. Nice restaurant with exceptional food. Incredibly helpful reception staff. Convenient for flybus and tour pickups from Bus stop 13 right beside the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing, would stay again.

Great location and value
Pros:

This hotel has a great location, walking distance to downtown and to the water and only a 20 min walk to the main bus terminal. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel with excellent breakfast offerings
Pros:

We booked the hotel due to the included breakfast rates. because we highliy rate having a hotel breakfast to start the day instead of hunting for food the first thing in the morning. To our surprise, this is a very good hotel with an excellent breakfast - see my Google Review. The room is considered spacious in European standards and the front desk people (ladies) are extremey helpful and always with a smile. We didn't need a cleaning during our two-day stay, but just need some coffee and a towel replacement. They were delivered in no more than three-minutes. We didn't have a workable plug for our North American plugs, but the front desk was happily lent us one to use. And that's an excelent serve comparing to the other European cities such as those in England and Switzerland. Since Reykjavik is a rather compact city, we didn't have any issue walking anywhere in 10 or 20 minutes.

A must stay!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic and the hotel had everything we needed! From gym to spa to dinning area it was just what we needed for our honeymoon and first night as a married couple! The staff even made hearts in our room and gave us a special note with cake!
