All in all comfortable Hotel and a great location. But, overpriced.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Iceland is a fantastic and unique place, unfortunately due to us, the Tourists, prices are through the roof. That includes the Midgardur Hotel.
For some reason we were unable to get Hot water in our room. Luke warm at best ! And yes I am familiar with how to operate the European Faucets :)

The lovation and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The room was a one star equivalent hotel. Bess are small and not comfortable. The bathroom door is not appropriate and there is no roivacy. The tv i s small with linited channels

Centraal gelegen maar absoluut overpriced in vergelijking met andere hotels in IJsland.
Cons:

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Prijs / kwaliteit was dit ook niet het beste hotel uit onze reeks.

Value for money?
Pros:

Nice hotel and staff very friendly.
Unfortunately everything in Iceland is extremely expensive.
We stayed in a few hotels around Iceland and I believe the Center Hotels are better value, albeit expensive but is the least expensive and better value than others.
