las instalaciones del hotel en general, la tranquilidad , la ubicación y el desayuno muy completo
Al momento de hacer check out se me informó que estaba pendiente una cuenta del comedor, a pesar de presentar el voucher con el monto cancelado y haber respondido la hora del consumo , la persona de counter insistió que en que tenía que confirmarlo. Debido a su demora le manifesté que iba a perder tren contestando que me esperaban. Recordar a esta persona que insistió en mi falta de empatía hacia el, recordarle que el que presta el servicio es quien debe ser empático hacia el cliente
La presión del agua potable en el baño era menos que aceptable
