Pros:

Resepsiyon yetkilisi Ahmet beyin sıcak karşılaması ile kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Odamızda kat görevlimiz Hülya hanım 5 gün boyunca harikalar yarattı. Yine resepsiyon görevlisi Tuna beyin ilgisine de teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle belirttiğim antialerjik oda olanağı sayesinde sağlığımız ile ilgili de harika bir deneyim oldu. Konum ve kahvaltı tartışmasız harikaydı.

Cons:

Giriş saatinde kapıda kimse olmaması nedeniyle biraz gerildim. Her zaman bana destek olan eşim yanımda olmuyor. Yalnız olsaydım merdivenden eşyalarımı çıkartmak sorun olurdu. Odamızın ısınması ile ilgili küçük bir sorun oldu, aslında bu konuyu resepsiyona bildirmediğimiz için çözüm sağlanabileceğinden de eminim.
Kahvaltı salonu biraz serin. Bir sonraki seyahatimde daha tedbirli olacağım sadece.

Excellent location, friendly staff, but no mosque nearby and can't hear the ezan.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, currency exchange offices, supermarkets, and more. The staff is extremely polite, both at the front desk and those handling luggage and valet service. Having a parking lot right in front of the hotel is a huge plus, which is quite rare for cities like Ankara and Istanbul.

Cons:

Personally, I didn’t like that there are no mosques nearby and the call to prayer (Ezan) can’t be heard in this neighborhood at all, giving it little to no visible Islamic atmosphere, but that is certainly no reason to give the hotel a bad rating.

I do not think the hotel deserves the rating.
Pros:

Location was very good.
The staff, especially Ahmet at teh reception was very helpful and tried to solve issues as far as his capacity allows.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

We were given a room where 2 single beds were brought together to form a double bed. But the design of the electric facilities were so strange that the socket and the light-key were left in the middle of the bed. No socket on the outside side of the beds.
The pub below the hotel was terribly noisy till almost 1 am. Also from time to time smell was really disturbing.
Internet availability was limited to 1 connection per person. Which is not practical.
House-keeping was very lousy. 2 complimentary water bottles were not there (only their notice papers were there).
Waste baskets were not emptied on day 1 (we stayed 2 nights).
No shower-cap in bathroom. When asked, we were told that they are not available in the hotel (strange for a hotel naming theirselves as spa hotel)

Nicely operated hotel with clean rooms, very good and clean breakfast and proper gym. Definitely recommend.
