un excelente hotel, cómodo, limpio y bonito
No tiene estacionamiento...
La ubicació és perfecte. Està aprop del centre en una zona molt tranquil·la. La relació qualitat-preu és excel·lent. A cinc minuts a peu del centre històric i de tots els restaurants.
Com a esmorzar només ofereixen un cafè de cortesia. No tenen caixa forta a l’habitació.
The hotel is in a lovely location, very close to the city centre. The room and the beds were very comfortable, and we really liked the cosy seating areas and the hotel’s lovely terrace, where you can have a coffee or tea in the morning, have a chat or check your emails.
La principale qualité est sa localisation. Le personnel est également très sympathique. Possibilité de réserver un taxi (même en urgence).
Plusieurs chambres sans fenêtres. Établissement un peu vétuste notamment la salle de bain. Rapport qualité-prix à revoir.

You cannot beat the location or the quirkiness. It is one block from Santo Domingo. I could walk most places. There is an active nightlife all around. The property has lots of charm. I first had a room with a window that looked out on an air shaft and when a room in the back of the hotel became available I was able to change. Showers were great. The staff at the desk were kind, lovely and very helpful.
It needs a little more maintenance attention. Low water pressure in the sinks and toilets. The wonderful window I had was very hard to open. Some walls show water leakage from some place.
Hotel carino e molto ben posizionato nel centro storico, Il servizio lascia a desiderare in quanto alla reception ci sono dei ragazzi che non sembrano avere una formazione vera e propria e nella stanza, dopo la pulizia, ho trovato il pigiama collocato sulla valigia (uno dei luoghi meno igenici...). Il giudizio complessivo tuttavia resta positivo per un hotel 3 stelle.

The hotel has everything you expect when traveling for pleasure: perfect location, cozy atmosphere, nice and attentive staff, clean and comfortable room, good bathroom and shower. What shines however is how nice is the staff at the reception. I had the opportunity to interact with three persons, all of them always trying to be useful to my demands. Thank you guys, I left the property fully satisfied.
Wifi in the room works perfectly but not as much at the reception, when someone always need to check the reservation, things like that. It was probably something temporary and wont never hurt the great experience I had at the hotel.
La UBICACIÓN!!! Es excelente y ayuda mucho que no se encuentra en el centro de los lugares donde realizan bloqueos (quien ha visitado ese lugar con ese pequeño detalle sabe de que hablo).

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y tiene una excelente ubicación a unos cuantos pasos del jardín botánico y del templo de santo domingo
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y solo tuvimos un tema con el aire acondicionado de una de ellas que no enfriaba pero si hicieron los ajustes para que funcionara un poco mejor
The location is great.
The bathroom has many issues, toilet does not flush properly, the bathroom faucet barely runs, shower is weak.
When you are paying more than a 100 GBP per night, you expect the bathroom to work properly.

The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly. There was a nice rooftop area with coffee in the morning that adds to the overall experience. My room faced the main street, which made it noisier than I would have liked.
Loved the location close to central part of historic centre of Oaxaca but quiet rooms. Alejandro was amazing host - Very helpful & great restaurant & activity recommendations. Lovely rooftop area for morning coffee/tea.
That the bedrooms only ‘window’ was covered, faced into reception area & wasn’t able to be opened for fresh air. Would have also appreciated access to tea/coffee making at times other than first thing in the morning.
