La seriedad que le ponen a la seguridad de mis menores de edad.

Cons:

La chica que me recibió en el Front Desk no fue nada resolutiva. Frente a un inconveniente con una documentación por asistir con menores, la cual no estaba especificada en las condiciones del contrato de estadía, su ubica solución fue que cancelara la reserva desde el inicio. Perdimos mucho tiempo llamando a Booking para este tema y si no fuera por su supervisora, nunca hubiéramos podido superar la situación. No discriminan el costo de las mascotas hasta llegar al hotel… esto puede ser una gran sorpresa.
