MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA
Pros:

Ya me he hospedado en este hotel varias veces y lo sigo haciendo porque el personal es muy amable siempre y muy atento. Las instalaciones me gustan mucho y la ubicación es increíble.

Excelente hotel para disfrutar del centro de Querétaro y relajarse en alberca
Pros:

Un hotel silencioso y con habitación conforable. Buena limpieza en general, de la alberca y de los aseos. Todos los servcios funcionaron a la perfección. El desayuno muy variado y rico. La ubicación también está excelente.

Cons:

Quizás no tener ventanas en nuestra habitación y depender de la luz que entraba por la claraboya.

Pros:

Atención del personal: Pésima la atención de la señora que está en las mañanas, está todo el tiempo de malas, y no resuelve nada, los chicos de la tarde y de la noche excelentes.
Desayuno: Pésimo, la señora que hace y sirve el desayuno de malas, da muy poquito y hasta prender la tv se enoja.
Alberca: El agua no es climatizada y está cochina

お勧めしません。値段の割に全く期待外れ。旧市街なのでWi-Fiya設備が追い付かなったのかもしれないと思った。
Pros:

朝食はとてもおいしかったのですが、二日目にパンが出てこなかった。厨房からすごい音がしていたのでパンを温めるストーブが故障しているのかと思ったが、説明がなかった。確認もしなかったが。

Cons:

帰る際、時間指定でタクシーを呼んでもらったが、指定時間の３０分も前に「来たわよ」と言われ少し待たせた。トランクも３階から自分で下した。宿泊客も少なく家族経営のようでサービスが追い付かないように見えた。

Me parece que la habitación es muy básica, tal vez le hace falta un sofá. Pero en general me pareció que cubría la calidad por el precio.
