Bar staff very hit and miss.
Not told about drinks available to purchase until next to last day.
Restaurant needs better organisation. Please invest in more cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Rooms very clean. Towels a little rough.

Not sure how the reviews are so good.

The staff themselves are lovely and polite but everything else is just awful. Firstly the aircon just doesn't work, and the rooms didn't have anything to tell the maids to stop waking us up every morning by walking in. The hotel must hire out the outside by the pool to other people who are constantly pestering you to buy stuff with severely overpriced things. This constantly makes it uncomfortable and difficult to relax. There was a large man who I think did the massages who was especially inappropriate in how he operated.

We had the all inclusive package, which was absolutely awful. The glasses used were around 150ml and these were used for everything making it rather annoying to keep getting refills. Theres a seperate menu which didnt have everything it said. The only options included was 1 spirit boukha, 1 beer one draft and wine. There was a pick of 2 coctails that had about 10ml of spirits that also tasted awful. The private beach was nice but alcohol wasn't included defeating the all inclusive part. It was also inconvenient having to sign and say our room number everytime we wanted something, especially due to the small glass sizes.

Finally, apart from the bad atmosphere the food wasn't the best either. There was a good selection for lunch and dinner but it was mostly bland and often lots of flies.

Overall this place is neither relaxing nor a party destination and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. The staff was nice but the stress staying here defeated the purpose of the holiday.

Animation is very good around the pool during the day time. Rooms are a bit out dated but they do. Food is quite repetitive. More like a 3 star.

Hotel was expected as per the online rating. All staff were friendly our cleaning lady was amazing. Can't understand why the toilets in the foyer were cleaned regularly but no toilet seat on one if the toilets, why wasn't it replaced. Food was OK but a bit repetitive but the constant wait for clean crockery and cutlery was daily. Signs in restaurant state that excessive waste a food will be charged for but the manager obviously didn't want confrontation - the amount of food waste was ridiculous. I dont know how some cultures eat but here they'd fill the table with plates full of food and eat just a small portion - tables were left really messy for staff to clear up and frustrating for others guests. Entertainment was provided by their own animation team and was mainly dancing or karaoke but the music was so loud that even in the lounge area it was impossible to have a conversation. Same thing during the day, they'd start with some nice quiet calming music and then pump it up with a loud bass beat so relaxing by the pool was not something you'll achieve here.

It was great value for money as it was close to the nearby shops and restaurants.

The food was great as the chefs were very helpful with serving all the different dishes.

The only downside was that our rooms were not up to our expectations as the TVs were not working/broken and the breakfast buffet was a little bit disappointing.

We would recommend the hotel and we’ve had a wonderful week in Tunisia.
