Fantastic!
Pros:

It was very charming and couldn't be in a better location for shopping, tourism, eating, etc.

Cons:

There was no elevator, but that was no bother truly.

Within walking distance of Waverley Station.
Pros:

We actually stayed 2 nights either end of a 4 days holiday touring the Highlands, on our second night we were asked if we would like to stay in the same room as the first night.

Cons:

Carrying cases up step fight of stairs.

Relaxed and looked after
Pros:

A lovely friendly hotel with amazing staff. We felt comfortable and looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the bedroom well proportioned and clean and the little extras made it all the more special.
The location was also perfect for exploring the city.

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, nettes kleines sauberes Zimmer, einladende kleine Bar, kontinentales Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, der einzige Nachteil- man hat keinen Lift. Aber trotz 2.Etage würden wir uns wieder hier einquartieren

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful, took care of my bag all day, and the check-in time was 3pm. Great location and shower too.

Cons:

The bed was a little saggy. That’s my only minor critique.

Location was amazingly close to the Airport Tram and close to the bus station and many good restaurants.

Fantastic location for main attractions, would recommend!
Pros:

Great location, large room for city centre hotel . Only 8 rooms so no constant noise from large hotel chains with guests, noisy corridors, doors slamming etc.

Cons:

Room was extremely warm. I know due to the age of the building there is no air conditioning, however a fan could be available.
