空間大，看得出來建築比較有年紀，但很乾淨，梯間也有飲水機，走路10分鍾內有全聯。有迎賓小點，整體而言很不錯

Cons:

在一個距離市中心比較遠的地方，好像也沒有什麼大眾運輸。對開車的人很方便，因為有停車場，但不太適合依賴大眾運輸的人（除非願意叫計程車）
