Fint værelse. Tæt ved by og vand. Venlig og hjælpsom personale.

Cons:

Ville have været rart hvis hotellet havde mulighed for at kunne proviantere til næste dags vandring,nu hvor der ikke var noget i byen.

Bella location se si cerca pace e tranquillità, oltre ad un mare "bandiera blu"
Pros:

Struttura alberghiera con vista sul mare;, a gestione familiare ed a poca distanza dalle piscine naturali. Il personale si è mostrato gentile e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Buona la cena preparata dalla titolare. La colazione è abbondante, anche con dolci preparati in casa. La camera, arredata in maniera semplice, è spaziosa. Si tratta dell'unico hotel a Marina Serra, per cui la sera non vi sono rumori o musica ad alto volume.

Cons:

Deve un pò migliorare il servizio di pulizia, affidato ad una ditta esterna.

Un hotel d'altri tempi
Pros:

Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile. La camera era più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo ed era molto pulita, e così pure il bagno. La colazione a buffet, inclusa nel prezzo, è stata una sorpresa: non mancava nulla ed era veramente buona. La posizione, fronte mare, è stata ovviamente gradita.

Functional but weary looking hotel
Pros:

Bit tired, room over looked the corridor so bit noisy. Staff were kind, giving us packed breakfast as we were leaving at 6.00 am. Didn’t try the restaurant. Needs a bit of love and updating. Was same price as several other v nice hotels either nice lounges and terraces we stayed in on our Cammino del Salento

Personale molto cortese e attento. Visto che partivamo alle 6.00 del mattino per il cammino ci hanno fatto la colazione al sacco (abbondante).

L hôtel est très bien situé à Marina Serra, à deux 0as des piscines naturelles. Nous avions une vue sur mer, avec terrasse.

Excellent experience
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The view from the window looking at the see was indeed spectacular. People were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast was great, a combination of different tastes and cakes. I will definitely go back again next year!

L'hotel "il vascello" oltre a disponere di tutti i servizi che offre, si merita un punteggio pieno anche per l'umiltà e la disponibilità che dà al cliente. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte, la quale è bastata a farci capire la gentilezza del personale: sempre estremamente disponibile e disposto a tutto l'occorrente. Noi vi vogliamo ringraziare per lo straordinario lavoro e per la vostra gentilezza che in pochissime altre strutture ci è capitato di ricevere. Questo è bastato per farci dire che torneremo più che volentieri (e stavolta anche per più tempo), i luoghi meravigliosi che Marina Serra offre meritano e la struttura rende accessibile tutto questo a due passi. Grazie ancora.
