Petit déjeuner bon (mais trop cher)

Après requête suite à des problèmes dans notre chambre, le personnel fait le geste commercial de nous surclasser dans une suite de luxe qui était beaucoup mieux

The mini bar is unreasonable expensive and they hold my propeties for not paying the 43 usd for mini bar of gums

View, city centre, few nice staff

Cons:

My washing was nearly lost and i got it back eventually on day 3 (put in Weds and got back Friday having been told that day or day after) at 5.30am when I was leaving at 5.45. I couldn't close my case the night before as I wished so had to wake up early and continue to follow up since there was no clear plan...I was very stressed which I did not need and detracted from the whole experience.
