Overall the experience was positive, we enjoyed the spacious room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was very central and walking distance to a lot of main attractions inc the Palacio Barolo which is right next door!
It was unfortunate that the rooftop was not functioning because of the winter period, one of the main reasons I booked the venue was because of the views to have a drink and enjoy the view.

The staff were not particularly friendly and seemed somewhat indifferent.
The design was cute and romantic. The room was very clean.
Hardly any plugs for your electronics, feels shabby and kind of old. The location is ok, but the area feels very run down and maybe unsafe.

wifi is matig, douche weinig druk op het warme water, receptiemedewerkers niet echt gemotiveerd.

Ich finde es schwierig, wenn das Hotel bei 12°C Außentemperatur oder sogar weniger did Heizungsfunktion pauschal ausstellt… und der zuständige Mitarbeiter ist leider schon im Feierabend… ah… und hier bin ich sowohl vom Hotel als auch dem Service von booking einfach enttäuscht…
Very central location and the beds were ok
The coffee at breakfast was horrible. It was brown water.
Chambre très bien, grande, propre et bonne literie. Salle de bain top ! Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Très bien emplacement dans le centre proche métro, pratique.
Au vu de son emplacement en plein centre, bruits de la rue. Dommage le bar n’était pas ouvert.
