Viajei com meu marido e um casal de amigos. Fiz a reserva para os dois quartos. Eles tiveram um problema, caiu vinho no tapete do banheiro, e quiseram cobrar uma diária de multa, quando vimos que o valor de um tapete novo do banheiro custava em torno de R$ 50,00 (cinquenta reais) e pretendiam cobrar R$ 450,00, objetamos, os funcionários foram rudes. Falaram com a gerente que reduziu a multa para R$ 180,00, ainda assim correspondia mais de 3 vezes o valor de um item novo, isso que o item não foi inutilizado ou estragado, seria lavado, ou seja, uma usurpação para um incidente. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã muito simples, bem fraquinho, ovo mexido frio e apenas duas opções de frios.

Pros:

Habitación grande, cama grande, colchón y almohadas muy cómodos. Buen desayuno, muy buena ubicación. Todo el personal sumamente amable. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Eine charmantes Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

O quarto 407, apesar do bom tamanho, só tem uma pequena janela que dá para um vão entre 3 paredes, ou seja, horrível!
