Everything was perfect
Bed was comfortable, front desk were friendly and welcoming, convenient location
An event was going on in the hotel until about 1 in the morning. We had specifically asked for a quiet room but the party was happening right under our room. Super loud music booming and there was no way we could sleep. Staff came to the room and tried to help us our with a fan but it didn't help with the noise. If you do stay here, bring ear plugs

had all the facilities we would want in a hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and we were able to park close to get cases from our car. all staff were friendly and would like a special mention to Valerie who helped look for my wallet when I had thought it lost. The food offerings seemed very popular with residents and non residents so booking a table is recommended.

The bed and layout of the rooms the classic rooms are very spacious and the bed can easily fit two people.
The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, body wash and hand wash which smelt very nice.
TV wasn't working that well as it couldn't connect to internet but I didn't mind that as I didn't need the TV that noght

The mattress was very hard, we had to request a topper for our second night which was still very thin. Given a voucher after mentioning this at check out
Excellent stay - great value. Lovely and clean throughout, very comfortable. Choice and value in restaurant was great.
Booked accessible room for my elderly parents and this was well equiped and they enjoyed their stay.
Accessible rooms are a long way from reception. This caused problems for my father who has considerable difficulties walking distances. It would have been much better if accessible rooms were availab le in the main building instead of the annex.
