Good hotel and location. The mattresses was fairly new and very hard. Good staff, food, decor etc.
Pros:

Good location, nice hotel and friendly staff. Good food in bistro.

Cons:

The mattress was very hard, we had to request a topper for our second night which was still very thin. Given a voucher after mentioning this at check out

Lovely hotel - recommended.
Pros:

Excellent stay - great value. Lovely and clean throughout, very comfortable. Choice and value in restaurant was great.

Booked accessible room for my elderly parents and this was well equiped and they enjoyed their stay.

Cons:

Accessible rooms are a long way from reception. This caused problems for my father who has considerable difficulties walking distances. It would have been much better if accessible rooms were availab le in the main building instead of the annex.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard
Rooms are decorated tastefully & the shower is amazing! Food in the restaurant at dinner was lovely and breakfast was first class! We have stayed in other McKeever hotels and they all have this high standard.

No negative thoughts at all!

Pros:

Love the large reception where you can order a drink, or tea / coffee, and watch the world go bye.
Staff were friendly, professional and courteous, however it seemed the restaurant was a little understaffed, and service a little slow.
Other than that the hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was adequate for a one night stay, dinner was good and breakfast was excellent with a good choice to suit everyone.
I've been here before and no doubt I'll stay again.
