Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location, pools, best breakfast ever had at a hotel. Good service.

Cons:

Smell in bathroom coming from shower curtain, but it was changed out by staff, and smell went away.

My second time staying there and was disappointed both times.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The pool and hot springs was great and the location is good.

Cons:

You pay almost $300 for a room and it has no microwave. The a/c froze up twice. They did fix it but luckily I found someone because the front desk isnt open and the emergency red phone went to voicemail. The beds was wore out.

Hot springs on site and breakfast improve stay
Pros:

Good breakfast, accesible location, hot springs on site

Cons:

As it was July, it was a rather crowded - our room was on ground floor and not quite aound proof; just outside the door there was a group chatting and laughing but thankfully they left around 10 pm

Pros:

breakfast, location

Cons:

office staff somewhat short. Kiosk for check-in was odd. We left behind our favorite pillow from home but had to call multiple times to get information about lost and found and still no resolution after 5 days.

Pros:

View from the hot pools is spectacular. Great staff, great food. Will stay again.

Cons:

It's pet friendly which I don't mind, but one building should be available for no pets. Dogs where barking at us every time we moved in our room.
