Pros:

The pool area and the hot tub area was beautiful, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The tiki lounge was an added bonus. The rooms were both very large and very clean. The breakfast was amazing! The location of the south end of town was perfect for the running race we were in town for.

Cons:

We requested to switch rooms but that was not an option. The original room ended up working perfectly. We had to request a luggage rack. Other than that it was perfect.

Great location, views and hot springs. Could have stayed much longer

Unbeatable private hot springs and a great night's sleep, but the rooms are outdated, across the street, and charge
Pros:

Their private hot springs are the ultimate highlight - truly top-tier! Relaxing in the stone tubs after sunset with mountain views was incredible, especially with two large pools and nine tubs set to various temperatures. The rooms are definitely on the older side and due for a refresh, but the super comfortable bed ensured a solid night's rest.

Cons:

While the hot springs were incredible, the room fell far short of expectations. I was placed in an off-site building across the street, meaning a 300-foot walk to access the pools - a detail disguised during booking under the label 'creekside.' The room itself felt dated, was overdue for a renovation, and had a noticeable musty, damp odor. To top it off, they wanted to charge extra for bathrobes. Given the premium rates here, basic amenities like robes should absolutely be included.

Perfect relaxing paradise post-adventuring!
Pros:

Loved the hot springs and the high number of pools! 9 hot tubs, 2 pools, 1 cold plunge, a sauna and a steam room. It's open from 8am-10pm so you can go almost any time you want. It was super nice after a day of hiking and exploring. It is very close to Box Canyon, has plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and shower was great. The buffet breakfast was great, it had real food like eggs, sausage, baked breakfast casserole, fruit, waffle making station, etc. The restaurant will also deliver dinner to you at the pool or your room. They also have a tiki bar at the pools. They also have a spa with massages, pedicures, etc available but I didnt take advantage of it. They also had pretty pink flowers everywhere which added to the beautiful mountain scenery.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great!
They are sticklers about not taking coffee to go from the breakfast buffet though because there is free coffee in the lobby and in your room.
