Pas convaincue
Pros:

L’emplacement est plutôt bien, pas trop loin de la gare dans un quartier plutôt avec des locaux.
Le personnel était accueillant.
La Clim est top et fonctionne bien.

Cons:

Le « tout électronique ». Je suis de celles qui n’ont jamais de batterie sur leur téléphone, donc dépendre de ça pour ouvrir non seulement la porte de la chambre mais aussi la porte principale de l’hôtel, pouvoir être en contact avec le personnel etc est vraiment un contrainte.
L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé. J’ai été réveillée très tôt par la porte principale de l’hôtel qui n’a fait que de claquer très fort dès 7.00.
Par ailleurs on a oublié de me préciser comment ouvrir la grille le soir pour rentrer, donc petit coup de stress à minuit bloquée dehors…

All in all good but could be improved.
Pros:

I would like to start with saying that the staff were lovely and tried their best.

The room was spacious and the shower was good, the room was kept nice and clean, fresh bedding and towels when we asked (they usually change them every 3 days but we asked for every 2 days).

The complimentary breakfast is nice touch, a sweet breakfast was loved by my kid. The access to free coffee or tea all day is pretty nice.

Keyless access is clever but sometimes troublesome when the Internet is failing.

Cons:

The toilet is in a corner of the bathroom which isn't very practical.

The minibar was warmer than the room which is saying alot as the air-conditioning was terrible. Thankfully the staff allowed me to store my diabetes medicine in the staff fridge but that was very stressful for me as it cannot be easily replace.

TUTTO. La camera era minuscola, il soffione della doccia in bagno era rotto e ha trasformato il bagno che era anch’esso minuscolo in una piscina. Veramente impraticabile. Il letto era una divano, non un vero letto. Camera buissima. Terribile. Per altro il bagno aveva una porta tutta gonfia dall’acqua della doccia. Terribile. Il bagno comune della reception tutto zozzo poteva farmi capire il posto in cui ero arrivata.

Super jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie, klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko, śniadanie w cenie, możliwość zostawienia bagaży
Pros:

Najbardziej podobało mi się to że do koloseum na nogach to jakieś 20-25 min na nogach, wszędzie blisko oraz miło się zaskoczyliśmy gdy okazało się że mamy śniadanie w cenie a nie byliśmy wcześniej tego świadomi, na śniadanie kawa z ekspresu oraz croissanty, jest także automat do przekąsek i napojów. Dużym plusem jest też możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu, musieliśmy opuścić pokój o 11, a lot mieliśmy dopiero o 23 i przez ten czas bagaże zostawiliśmy w zamykanych szafkach w recepcji

Cons:

Pierwsza mała wada to cienkie ściany, wszystko było słychać z korytarza, nawet jak ludzie wchodzili czy wychodzili i mówili cicho

Druga to niestety zapomniałem ładowarki z pokoju przy wymeldowaniu, wróciłem po bagaże, zapytałem na recepcji czy sprzątaczki znalazły moją ładowarkę, opisałem gdzie była jak wyglądała itd. okazało się że nic nie znalazły a jestem pewien że zostawiłem ją po prostu podłączoną w gniazdku. Pan na recepcji niestety nie mógł wejść do pokoju, ponieważ już ktoś inny się do niego zameldował. Wróciłem bez ładowarki do telefonu

Cet hôtel est plutôt bien mais le rapport qualité- pris est vraiment pas bon
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la terrasse sur le toit qui n'a pas été mentionné par la personne de l'accueil. Le quartier était très beau.

Cons:

Un hôtel sans "âme". Il est beau, propre mais on ne trouve personne et c'est froid. le petit déjeuner offert n'est vraiment pas terrible. De plus, la chambre est très petite. En fait le rapport qualité / Prix est mauvais.

está bien situado, cerca de Termini y de estacion de metro.

Cons:

No me gusto lo impersonal del servicio. Solo hay una persona en recepcion por la mañana, el resto del dia entras y sales del alojamiento con un codigo en el movil. La relacion calidad-precio no es la mejor, el hotel está bien pero es algo caro para lo que encuentras.

Pros:

Komfortabler Checkin mit Schlüssel-Link, hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer und Lage zwar etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns aber fussläufig zum Kollosseum und mit der Bahn gut angebunden. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Checkout und gratis Frühstücks-Snacks (Croissants, Kuchen & Kaffee).

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel wirklich EXTREM hellhörig. Direkt hinter dem Kopfteil unseres Bettes lag scheinbar eine Wohnung, die bis spät in die Nacht und dann wieder früh am Morgen ferngesehen hat. Das war sehr laut und störend. Die Türen knarren und knallen bei allen Zimmern so laut, dass man morgens davon aufwacht. Auch das Reinigungspersonal nimmt morgens keine Rücksicht. Zimmer und Bad ist außerdem extrem klein. In der Dusche kann man sich als großer Mensch kaum drehen. Für mich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier leider nicht zusammen.

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung! Mit guter Lage!

Für einen kurztrip vollkommen in Ordnung!
Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Italienisches frühstück war inklusive. Super für den ersten Snack am Morgen.

Cons:

Leider sehr hellhörig.
Man hat jeden Gast die Treppen rauf und runter laufen gehört.

非常に快適
Pros:

清潔で天井が広く、朝食もついていたので満足度が高い。アメニティも充実しており、快適。

Cons:

鍵の開け閉めがオンライン上のリンクで、チェックイン手続きもWhatsAppで全て行われたので面倒だった。鍵が上手くあかないこともあった。

Bom hotel.
Pros:

O hotel é bom, os funcionarios gentis, quarto limpo. O hotel ofereceu também um café da manhã, simples mas muito bem vindo, porque nao havia muitos locais proximos para o café.

Cons:

Pensei que o hotel fosse em local próximo ao Roma Termini, pois eram meus ultimos 2 dias em Roma e escolhi este hotel para facilitar o transporte até o aeroporto de trem expresso. Mas ao contrario, é um pouco longe precisaria pegar metro tambem para chegar ao Terminal que com malas pesadas dificulta muito. Tive que me utilizar do taxi, que saiu bem mais caro. Também está em um bairro mais residencial, distante do centro historico, com poucas opções de restaurantes e locais para o cafe da manhã, um local um pouco deserto à noite para quem quer chegar um pouco mais tarde. Como não tem recepção 24 horas, tivemos um episodio que gerou muito medo, pois à noite quando ja estávamos dormindo alguém andou forçando a porta para entrar no quarto, tanto o meu como outros.Ficamos muito assustados. Mandamos mensagem por WhatsApp para a recepção mas só tivemos resposta muitas horas depois. Foi muito desagradável, causou muito medo. Também não há elevadores e os quartos ficam em andares superiores. Dificulta um pouco com as malas e para quem como eu estava com problemas para caminhar, pois não há acessibilidade fácil.
