Expensive for room and value.
Pros:

It was a great location and a very unique place. Parking was a super huge bonus

Cons:

For the value… the room was very old and not overly clean. We had slightly damp clothes that we needed to dr, so we hung them in the closet. We decided to use the portable fan to assist drying. The dust and dirt that flew off the fan was all over the room and stuck to the carpet. It was a lot of money for this place.

STICKY DARK WOOD FURNITURE!
Pros:

The location was perfect, as it's so close to the bus stop for Airport drop off and pick up and close to town . Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel reception was very nice but once I got out of the lift I felt the hallways and the room were very tired and in desperate need of decorating and carpets needed to be replaced throughout. It.The dark wood furniture in the room felt very sticky to touch. The hairdryer was caked in makeup and sticky. Had to ask for shower/hair gel as the bottle was empty but didn't know until under the shower so had to use the hand soap first morning. The room was very noisy. I was kept awake until 3.30am with the outside noise even though the window was closed which made the room very stuffy. No air con unit. Breakfast was OK for the money and the breakfast room was very nice, however, the fruit basket had rotten apples and mouldy oranges in it!

Don't pay extra for breakfast - not worth it.
Pros:

Breakfast was very unsatisfactory. The scrambled egg was unedible due to the unacceptable smell of the eggs. Clearly cross- contaminated with some other food - possibly smoked salmon. The food was sent back because it was not safe to eat.

Cons:

Attitude of the management concerning the unedible scrambled eggs. I wasn't the only one to complain but no apology was forthcoming.

Nice stay
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful.
The location is in the middle between the city centre and the train station.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The decoration is a little dated.
It's quite expensive for just one night in a basic bedroom.

Great old fashioned pub in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Food was fantastic.

Cons:

Rooms were not accessible by lift so had to lug bags upstairs. Old building and you can hear others moving about upstairs, so ear plugs recommended if you are easily disturbed.
