Helpful staff, good food and pleasant hotel.
Pros:

breakfast was lovely. They were great in accommodating us with walk in shower. We enjoyed the music sunday night.

Cons:

I was having trouble with my ankle and all the stairs got to be too much after 2 days.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et son château ( et parking pour la voiture) l’hôtel est un peu vieillot néan
Pros:

La situation dans la ville avec un parking dans l’hôtel. La literie s’est révélée de qualité.

I doubt we could have chosen a better combination of value and comfort.
Pros:

We loved the location - it was easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. We loved the free parking - a real plus for a midcity location. And the hotel was much larger than we expected, including a very nice breakfast space. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Nothing glaring!

A great few days and well looked after
Pros:

Great location central to everything, city , train & bus station, the hotel is amazing as you wouldn't expect to find such a vast interior with lots of bars for every occasion. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and as for the food ... brilliant , great choice and plenty of it .Rooms a little outdated but so comfortable and you get a good nights sleep on the beds. Overall a lovely hotel and great value we will return.

Cons:

Room was very noisy from hotel corridor, and pub downstairs with patrons spilling outside directly under my room window. Stifling heat with no air con, was extremely uncomfortable. For the money I paid, I can get a 5 star hotel in Melbourne cbd.

Great staff, excellent location, easy to park in the lot, but no air conditioning.
Pros:

Kilford Arms is centrally located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy.

Cons:

The weather was unseasonably warm and there's no air conditioning or ceiling fan. Our room only had a small window, so there was no air circulation and it was quite warm and uncomfortable.

Great location. Lots of bar and restaurant options. Clean. Easy to get to.

Cons:

Need to invest in some sort of air handling solution. The entire hotel was so unbelievably hot and uncomfortable. Fans provided where inadequate (not large enough, some inoperable). Had to move to a hotel with AC as it was just too hot to stay a second night.

La ventana qué no me dejo dormir
Pros:

Estaba impecable todo! Limpio, ordenado, pulcro. Cerca de todo.

Cons:

La ventana no cerraba bien y se escuchaban las voces del bar de abajo. Además las cortinas, al estar alejadas de la ventana, dejaban entrar la luz a la habitación, tanto en la noche, como en la mañana.
