Short break at the Kilford Arms
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Ideal location. Parking facilities. Helpful staff. Warm welcome from reception staff.

Cons:

Rooms too hot. Slept with windows open although they didn't open wide enough to make much difference. Lighting in rooms very poor. Breakfast was expensive and poor quality although food in general was very good.

Great stay in a lovely, centrally located hotel which was great value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, a really good selection, and staff were very accommodating. Staff in bar and restaurant were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were comfortable, a little too warm for us, but once we figured out the windows and fan we were sorted :)
Hotel is very central and perfectly located.

Cons:

There are a lot of steps up and down between carpark and hotel which is a little awkward for luggage but we may not have followed signage correctly?

Very helpful staff, traditional place, big meal portions but the room was dirty.
Pros:

The church bar was very nice and deserves to be promoted more, including the designated smoking area located a bit further out. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and the meal portions were satisfying. These were definitely the highlights of my visit.

Cons:

I have to be honest about the room, it was dirty. The walls had black marks and spots, and because the bed was right against the wall, sleeping next to them made me feel uncomfortable. Top of some furniture had dust as well and burn marks probably from cigarettes. While I understand the style of the rooms is older, being dated shouldn't mean it isn't clean. The bathroom was clean though. Overall, the lack of cleanliness is not acceptable.

Pros:

넓고 편안한 객실, 수압 좋음, 첫 조식은 매우 만족(식당직원이 친절히 식사 매뉴선택을 요청하였고 선택된 매뉴를 식탁으로 가져다 줌, 이후 부족하거나 원하는 음료는 자유롭게 가져다 먹음)

Cons:

침대, 작은 테이블 외 아무것도 없는 오래된 숙박시설. 두 번째 조식은 입구에서 식사 매뉴를 선택해 받아서 식탁으로 가져가는 방식이었는데 우리 가족 3인은 모두 다른 매뉴를 선택했으나 모두 같은 식사를 받았음. 음료와 가벼운 빵을 먹으려 했으나 전날에 있던 것들의 대부분은 없었음.

Pros:

very nice staff, secure free parking in back of hotel. Very nice free breakfast with good staff. Room was very large and bed was comfortable. located on main street in town, even with window facing the street it was quiet.

Cons:

restaurant tables dirty and floors sticky under table twice. First room given shower was under repair with tools and things strewn all over so had to go back to reception for another room which was then excellent.
