Hotel confortável, limpo e bem localizado
Pros:

Hotel é ótimo, quartos confortáveis, grandes e limpos. Café da manhã incrível com uma quantidade enorme de opções. Hotel disponibiliza água nos quartos todos os dias aos hóspedes, o que ajuda muito os hóspedes. Além disso, ótima localização, próximo a shopping, restaurantes, pontos de ônibus e metrô.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor , resturant was under the ground , no windows, coffe machine and hot milk pot stopped many times, bread toaster was dirty. Cups and dishes were always stained. Repeated main dishes, every day the same. Some food itmes were recycled from the last day.
Corridors always dim
Rooms size, was small.

Could have been better given we booked a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Location was good for Fatih.
Good choice for breakfast though pastries were often stale.
Bed very comfortable
good sound proof
excellent bathroom facilities and shower options though needing more lighting

Cons:

Room was too too dark. On top mirors are all darkened. Can not see yourself clearly, make up impossible
Non functioning spotlights. On asking the reception desk I was told this is a common problem in many rooms
Staff could be more welcoming
No help in sorting booking errors
No tissue boxes anywhere, we used toilet rolls in our room.

Misleading.
Pros:

The staff were nice and cleaning staff were very pleasant and did their job very well.

Cons:

Very low quality in every other aspect. Was informed about a policy of theirs after I have booked the non refundable room. Usually when people go on holiday they would like to try the local snacks and bring back something late to try in their rooms. I was told that this hotels policy is that they don’t allow outside food into the hotel. 1st hotel I heard that has done this and wasn’t told about this before and it didnt mention this in the website or booking.com. After staying there. The lifts always smelt really bad. Like left over food smells. Was unbearable every time I took the lift.. for a hotel telling me it is maintaining quality by stopping people bringing in their own food. The smell was unbearable.
