Great seven-day stay.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Omar and the Spa manager. The room was clean and well set up, and the shower was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again on my next trip.

Cons:

If i have to complain about something, then maybe to have warm water in the pool but that's not a big deal as the rest of the spa amenities were 10/10 - the jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, and gym were all perfect.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful and has an excellent location, with easy access to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful, and most importantly, most of them speak English. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and varied. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were all free and included in the booking; only the massage had an additional charge.

Cons:

The only thing that needs reconsideration is the mattress, as it was not comfortable at all.

Everything was great.
Pros:

Everything. We asked for 2 rooms closed together and they made this possible. Also at check out they were able to allow us to leave 1 hour later than the official time. I really recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful as was cleaning service. Breakfast was varied. Gym was very well supplied as was spa facilities. Duvets and pillows were comfortable and heavy. Neighborhood is very local. Many buses on the main road in each direction, taxi is easy and otherwise walking/walking to tram or metro is easy.

Cons:

Some things could be more modernized; the tv should be chrome cast or apple tv or similar so that it's possible to use it. Spa opening hours were a little inconvenient since it opened from 10 am to 10 pm. For us it would've been better if it had been open in the morning. Same for spa services which were open from 12 pm to 10 pm. A bit inconvenient times. Notice that is is close to a large road and that other neighborhoods can be more convenient and cute for tourists to stay in; it is a very local area for better and worsel
