Pros:

Beautiful place, fantastic rooms. We only had one night stay before our next flight, but it was enough to notice high level of service. We really enjoyed breakfast too. Also, thanks to Mertcan, reception supervisor for making our stay comfortable and helping us with taxi to airport.

An escape from city hotels
Pros:

Highlights:

1) Helpful staff. Our balcony was located at the back of the hotel, so practically no view to see. We asked if we can switch to a better room. They explained that hotel was full for our first night, but they can change our rooms on the second night. So they were indeed very helpful.

2) Exceptionally comfy beds.

3) Spacious bathroom.

4) Modern lighting.

5) Relaxing big chairs in the balcony.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, but these are areas for improvements:

1) On checkin, they don't detail any available services, as in the pool or the golf course. You need to ask for that yourself.

2) Connecting to WiFi wasn't straight forward (with the concept of double passwords and a magic word). It should be much simpler than that.

3) Main pool was closed for maintenance. Maybe they open it only in summer.

4) TV remote was barely working (nearly useless), You need to keep pressing the button for a click to register.

انصح فيه ليله وحده روقان بعيد عن ضجيج اسطنبول لكن اكثر ما يستحق ويحتاج صيانه فائقه

المكان يحتاج صيانة كل شي قديم والصور اللي حاطينها مو نفس الواقع الواقع يختلف كليا الفندق نظيف لكن بدون ساحات خضراء

Pros:

Hubo un error en el número de personas en vez de dos, no me explico el error aparecía una persona. A pasar de que se consumieron solo dos desayunos, empeñados en cobrarnos los desayunos del otro huésped, aunque como veis solo se consumieron dos desayunos en total, pagamos al final 80€ por los 4 desayunos del huésped no inscritos.
