Large property with great facilities
Pros:

Professional helpful staff. Big indoor pool at 28 degrees C good for swimming. Large gym. Close to airport . Surrounded by greenery

Great facilities and staff in a location close to the airport
Pros:

Brilliant staff. Large outdoor pool and big gym with great facilities. An interesting contemporary art collection. Comfortable and quiet room. On a hill with a lovely view overlooking Istanbul. Surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. I’m not a golfer but I assume this is the major attraction since I saw lots of players. Still a great choice for me for a relaxing stay in Istanbul after a long flight.

Cons:

No shops and restaurants very close but this is offset by the hotel being close to the airport and has the advantage of trees and large facilities.

Le lieu, les environs

Cons:

L'impossibilité de bénéficier des installations et des balades dédiés entièrement aux membres de golf. Le coût exhaurbitant des prestations SPA. UN GRAND PROBLEME, le personnel ne parle pas bien en anglais ce qui est impensable pour un hôtel qui accueille les étrangers.

Tesis cok sessiz tam kafa dinlemelik. Calısanlar cok ilgili kibar . Birde kahvltıyı yetersiz gördüm eskiden acık büfeydi . Kahvaltı oraya yakısmamıs . Tabak sunumunu degıstırmelıler yada baska bir cözüm . Bi sonraki gelişimde serafinada yaparım. Sık sık tercih ettigim otel. Acık havuzu cok güzel . Orda calısanlarda cok ilgili . Yemekleride harika. Tesis genel olarak başarılı cok teşekkür.

Pros:

Очень хороший отель с прекрасными номерами. Останавливались в нем уже второй раз всего на одну ночь перед следующим рейсом. Особо хочется выразить благодарность Мерткану и Мустафе, сотрудникам рецепшена, за чуткость и внимательное отношение к гостям, а также официантам ресторана и бистро.

Great rooms and sports facilities. Golf course was in great condition

Facilities were great and Italian restaurant superb best Italian ever

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and anything you got was paying extras. OJ was extra, good coffee was extra. Food platter was the same every day

Beautiful country retreat, but food experience was not as anticipated

Pretty location and a beautifully appointed room.

Cons:

We booked a room with breakfast included, but disappointingly, there was no flexibility regarding the contents of breakfast Although the platter was fresh and well presented (mainly cold cuts, cheeses, etc), we would have just preferred some toast & fruit. Bananas were duly supplied but we paid extra for them. It is really not what a regular traveler’s expectation of ‘included breakfast’ would be.

Pros:

Beautiful place, fantastic rooms. We only had one night stay before our next flight, but it was enough to notice high level of service. We really enjoyed breakfast too. Also, thanks to Mertcan, reception supervisor for making our stay comfortable and helping us with taxi to airport.
