Staff were amazing, spa okay as hot tub didn’t work. Very clean and beautiful setting. A bit keen to charge for services
Pros:

Large car park, easy to access, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble especially the Head of Housekeeping who went above the call of duty.

Cons:

Sone aspects were dated and needed some TLC such as crack in sink, no toilet brush, dated carpets and deco

Location good, but we paid too much, it was dirty and not very welcoming.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the main roads. Breakfast, was well cooked but not as described - missing items etc and coffee was finished hours before end of service and not refilled.

Cons:

It was dirty with dust, partial repairs, dead flies in cabinets, felt uncared for and under invested, some staff needed customer services training.

Poor rooms, and did not like the changes on check in or being incorrectly charged on checkout.
Pros:

Location for Bicester village was good

Cons:

The first room provided smelt disgusting, this was changed on request. I had to pay a £200 room deposit for 2 days of our stay. We had to book a time for breakfast, when arriving there was no one else in the restaurant. On leaving I was charged £152 which I immigrated queried and this was later refunded.

Lovely facilities - food wasn’t great
Pros:

Spa facilities were super, and the staff front of house excellent. Our room was spacious.

Cons:

The food wasn’t brilliant, we had a refund on a curry and the wine glasses not clean.
Breakfast wasn’t a massive continental selection. Several items ran out mid breakfast and there were no replacement items.

Our room had several spectacular cobwebs. Easy to miss, though.

Dated and over priced but great staff
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and very accommodating.

Cons:

The whole place is a bit dated, carpets lifting, decor old fashioned. The spa was ok but again dated with tiles coming off in the steam room and jacuzzie areas.

Good hotel for the price
Pros:

Good property for the money. Travelling for business so it met all expectations.

Cons:

Unlikely to come here for pleasure as nothing was amazing, however a very adequate hotel and experience for the money.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, spa was alright,

Cons:

The hotel would be nice if it had a refurbish. The carpets in the hall ways and bedrooms was nasty.
