Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber Super Service
Beliggenheden var rigtig fin og morgenmaden var okay. Restauranten havde en fin udsigt fra tagterrassen.
Der var nogle ting der trængte til at blive repareret. For eksempel løb der vand ud på gulvet, hver gang vi trak i toilettet. Vi klagede ikke, for det var tydeligt for personalet.

La seule chose qui a été difficile c’est le bruit de la circulation dehors, pas assez insonorisé. Mais c’est personnel car la personne avec qui j’étais n’avait pas ce problème.

la posizione eccezzionale per visitare la città! la colazione servita sulla terrazza con affaccio sul ponte è fantastica! Camere molto grande e Pulita! Bagno enorme! nonostante la poszione centrale ottima l'insonorizzazione delle stanze!
la mancanza di ombrelli di cortesia per gli ospiti è una grave mancanza per la struttura soprattutto considerando quanto può essere piovosa la citta!! per la colazione consiglio di aggiungere la possibilità di degustare oltre all'ottimo Thè turko anche un buon caffè espresso!
The hotel’s location is excellent.
This was my fourth visit over the past 7 years, and it is clear that the management has changed for the worse.
The windows do not provide proper blackout from sunlight.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor.
I arrived around 9 PM, and after checking into the room, I found hair on the bed sheets. When I requested a replacement, I was told that housekeeping operates only during the daytime and no staff were available at night.
The hotel is far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. It feels worn out, with no noticeable updates or proper maintenance.
Although the hotel is not cheap, it still has all of these negative issues.
Despite my emotional attachment to the hotel because of the memories I have there, I will not be returning again.

Die Lage ist der perfekt. Man kann die Stadt zu Fuss erkundigen und vor dem Hotel ist auch eine Tramstation.
Personal leider sehr unfreundlich (die Leute an der Rezeption). Und Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht, obwohl wir erst gegen 17:00 Uhr wieder zurück im Zimmer waren.
