Mit Bedauern muss ich diese Bewertung beginnen.

Wir sind vor etwa zehn Jahren zum ersten Mal in dieses Hotel gekommen und haben seitdem mindestens fünf- oder sechsmal hier übernachtet. Leider mussten wir bei jedem unserer Besuche feststellen, wie sehr das Hotel im Laufe der Jahre gealtert und heruntergekommen ist. Aus diesem Grund haben wir nun beschlossen, nicht wiederzukommen.

Es macht uns sehr traurig und enttäuscht uns zutiefst, dass ein Hotel, in das wir uns 2016 verliebt haben, inzwischen einen solchen Zustand erreicht hat. Der Qualitätsverlust ist wirklich enttäuschend.

Nachdem ich die anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe, habe ich mich tatsächlich gefragt, ob wir überhaupt im selben Hotel übernachtet haben. Die Vorstellungen mancher Menschen davon, was ein „gutes Hotel“ ausmacht, haben mich doch sehr überrascht.

Ohne es unnötig in die Länge zu ziehen und ohne Dutzende Fotos zu veröffentlichen, möchte ich nur einige Beispiele nennen:

Dass beispielsweise der Türgriff, der bereits in der Bewertung eines anderen Gastes erwähnt wurde, bis heute nicht ausgetauscht wurde, zeigt meiner Meinung nach sehr deutlich, wie wenig sich um die Instandhaltung des Hotels gekümmert wird.

Bei unserem ersten Besuch wurden die Zimmertüren noch mit Karten geöffnet. Da die Kartenleser inzwischen defekt sind, wurden sie offenbar nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht, sondern die Türen werden mittlerweile mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet. Noch schlimmer: Der Türgriff, den man zum Öffnen benutzt, ist kaputt.

Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Sobald man unter der Dusche das Wasser aufdreht, fällt der Griff der Armatur herunter. Auf warmes Wasser wartet man etwa drei bis vier Minuten. Wenn man den Duschkopf wieder in die Halterung steckt, fällt dieser zusammen mit der Halterung ebenfalls herunter.

Die Ecken der Duschkabine sind schwarz verfärbt, und die Rostspuren der spitzen, abgeschnittenen Schrauben an den Fliesen haben diese mittlerweile braun verfärbt.

Hotel sympa au coeur de la ville
Pros:

Les suites avec vue sur le Bosphore sont très spacieuses, la vue est vraiment jolie et l’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé ! Le tram et les bateaux sont juste en dessous, et on rejoint la rive plus touristique en traversant le pont en 15mn. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner, bien que pas vraiment extraordinaire est sympa.

Cons:

Il y a quand même un coté rustre dans les chambres. Cuvette des toilette cassée, douche un peu bouchée... La nuit est TRÈS bruyante, mais la ville ne s’arrête jamais, il faut juste prévoir ce qu'il faut pour bien dormir. Les lits étaient aussi très dur, ça ne plait pas à tout le monde.
