Location. Comfortable
Transportation on the pedal bikes were really nice after a day in the park.
One elevator was broken for a few days. Long wait to get to our room.
Prices in the restaurant were high.
Had to go back down to the desk 3 different times because our room keys didn’t work.
We liked the convenience of going to and from Cedar Point each day/night to avoid driving in traffic and dealing with parking everyday. The early entry to get on some of the popular rides before the park officially opened for the day was a nice benefit as well!
We had booked a beach view room with Booking.com; however, the room that we ended up getting had a view of the parking lot and rides instead. We were looking forward to being on the lakeview or beach front side.
Loved the location it was perfect, the room was comfortable and clean and had a great view of the lake and water park
That we couldn’t stream our phones or watch streaming services
Close to cedar point
The bathroom in the room wasn’t clean
Location is great. We have older kids so we enjoyed the pool while they walked to the park.
Restaurant selection too commercial.
I like the Cedar Point about it
That it was close to Cedar point
Location
Rooms especially floor and bathrooms could have been cleaner. The whole place is in need of an update and scrubbing.
Location
The location is excellent. You can’t beat it if you are spending multiple days at the parks.
Perfect if you have small children, want to take a break, or eat your own food.
You are definitely paying for the convenience of this hotel. For the price I would expect a little more attention to detail. We needed extra linen for the sofa bed, my husband called twice and went to the counter twice before he actually had linen in his hands. This was over about 3 hours so he wasn’t being inpatient.
Everything was good besides bugs in the balcony. Could not get out. But overall it's a good hotel for a park.
Everything was good.
The proximity to the park and lake are unbeatable.
The cleaning staff could've done a better job when attending to our room. There were dead fish washed up along shore which wasn't very appealing.
Great
Nothing
Proximity to the amusement park and Lake.
1. The lack of noise proof windows from loud music pumping all day for the Park 2. Lack of cleanliness of bathrooms (sink wouldn’t drain, hair and dirt on the wall, empty soap dispenser) 3. Lack of quality places to eat 4. Lack of coffee in rooms (you are forced to get coffee from Starbucks whose lines in the morning are prohibitive) 5. Filthy elevators and public places 6. Expense of rooms (we paid extra for a balcony view which ended up being of the water slide pump station).
