Pros:

I arrived earlier than expected, at around 11:30 am, while the official check-in time was 2 pm. I thought I would have to leave my bags and find somewhere to sit until then. Luckily, the reception staff informed me that a room was already available. They arranged an early check-in for me free of charge. After a long flight, being able to rest straight away was honestly wonderful.

A warm welcome
Pros:

The staff were really thoughtful. I let them know I was on my way, and when I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was already on. It was such a small gesture, but after being out in the heat, walking into cool room felt wonderful.

Cons:

We booked this but on arrival we were told there was a problem with the booking and had been moved to a different location, which was Saigon Central Hotel.

This hotel was just about ok to make us not want to leave but it’s not what we paid for. Very disappointed.
