The room was always clean and well maintained, making it very comfortable to relax after a long day. The WiFi was also surprisingly strong and fast, which was a big plus during my trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable and stress-free stay.

I really liked how close it was to the bus station—it made traveling to other cities so much easier. The location is practical and well-connected, which is a big plus if you’re planning to move around a lot.
The balcony offered a lovely view of 23/9 Park, which looked especially beautiful when it lit up in the evening. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy a quiet moment above the city. The combination of greenery and city lights created a very pleasant and calming atmosphere.
They were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help whenever needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made my stay memorable.

- Die Wände sind ziemlich dünn also wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, hätte mühe damit. Für eine kurze Dauer kann es tolerieren.

The staff is really friendly and the spa / massages are very good for the price
The room was clean and there is hot shower.
The bed is not the most confortable but keep in mind this is more of a backpacker type of hotel. If you expect the four seasons this is not the place for you.
You are also right next to Bùi Vien one of the most lively street in Ho Chi Minh (if not the most) so yes you will hear music sometime late at night, it's normal and expected if this is something that will bother you a hotel room in this area is not for you.
